I always wondered why there is no zero-star option when it comes to ratings. Factory Supply Outlet deserves a zero at the best case, if not a negative five star. These people never gave me back my money even though I cancelled my order with them and was sent an email by them as a confirmation of the cancellation. Not only that, they lied about it too by saying that the amount was refunded. Fortunately it was a very small amount. Stay away

Order was shipped as requested online and was delivered as promised.

Sham of a company. We ordered an item in February that has never been shipped despite multiple emails where they claim it will ship out the next day. Finally, in June, after 4 months of waiting and dozens of broken promises, we asked to cancel the order. They have not refunded the credit card after another 2 weeks.

The wrench shown on the website is a cushion grip one. I received a $35 wrench without the cushion grip. Everyone is a scammer or just plan ignorant these days.

Factory supply team are always there ready to help, every time we have find ourselves needing their expertise and purchase with any of our electric motors.

Bad costumer service, they don't answer the phone or emails, got a live chat finely and lied about getting back to you no emails. Place an order from May 11 2026 and no order received yet... total scam don't but anything here.

First time purchase. Ordering went smoothly, good follow up.

Ordered 3 bearings and 2 seals from here for around $220. Had good price and only place I found that had all 5 items. After 2 weeks I investigated after not receiving anything. Order process said "awaiting fulfillment". Opened a case file asking when they expected to fill order. No response so emailed several times with same question over next 7-10 days. No response whatsoever. Attempted calling but could not get through. Finally opened a chat and got someone to correspond. He said all items were unavailable and couldnt give me any estimate when that might change. Said he could substitute cheaper bearings and ship immediately. I reluctantly agreed. waited another week and checked again. Still nothing had been shipped according to my order status. Again opened a chat and asked the status now. He said he would check and just stay in the chat and he would let me know. Chat expired with no response. Tried again following day with exactly same result. No response. opened another chat and asked for a refund as I was fed up. He said no problem , will issue refund today. 8 days later no refund has been issued or is pending according to the credit card company . Filled a dispute with credit card company for the charge. Awaiting result from that which may take 90 days. Just a huge waist of time and effort, not to mention the aggravation.

OK, I will write this rare review. I was surprised the order processed so quickly. Must have come from a regional warehouse. I have not yet begun the assembly, but product certainly feels heavy duty.

Everything is good except that I haven’t received any notification of when the items will be delivered
