Faerly Reviews

Fast service, handwritten thank you a lovely touch. Good eco products and alternative gas for soda stream

Speedy delivery. Very pleased to see shredded cardboard as an alternative to bubblewrap to protect contents (Kotanical Essential Oils). A beautiful ‘Thank You’ card which I will use as a bookmark. I will use this company again because of their wide range of products and have recommended it to family and friends.

Delivered in a timely manner, appreciative of my custome, and the product was as advertised.

I discovered Faerly when researching return schemes for Sodastream cylinders. They provided fast turn around with 4 days between sending back my empty cylinders and receiving new ones. I've also noticed that the ethos for Faerly is sustainability and recycling. It was advised by them to keep my box to make a return in the future which is something larger companies fail to remind us about.

I sent back 3 sodastream bottles that I had purchased elsewhere and was still given €30 credit towards purchasing more from the site, something i didn't expect was possible until I came across this. Hoping to see others with soda machines make use of this return service as it is so easy.

All in all I've had a lovely
first experience with Faerly and it won't be my last.

Placed the order and arrived within 3 days. Fab machine and service. I would give it 20 out of 10. Extremely satisfied 😌

Super quick delivery in Ireland and great products. They package items in reused packaging also which is great

Received my product today, very fast response time. Loved every moment from when i received my package to exploring my product. Even though I received mine through delivery the touches were very personal. Right down to the personal note and a chocolate token, wrapped in gold foil with a tiny thank you sticker. I will order more products from Faerly! Well done and thank you.

I never write reviews but this company were exceptional. I received the order the day after placing it. Well packed in recycled materials, with a handwritten note. Really impressed with the whole process from start to finish.

I ordered two coffee cups from Faerly and unfortunately had an issue with them. I sent an email explaining and recieved a prompt response from James. He couldn't have been more helpful . I received two replacement cups this morning with a return label for the two previous cups. I appreciate the excellent customer service I received, and wish the Faerly team all the best for future buisness. I will be returning as a customer and I highly recommend shopping here !

Always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Beautiful products , friendly whilst professional and always quick delivery. Wonderful company!

Absolutely fantastic service and company. Fast, efficient and high quality goods.

A company that lives up to their promises. Delivery made in perfect condition and in just a day. Many thanks!

Great selection of Irish made products and gift boxes. Delivered so quick too! Will definitely use again for sending gifts.

Great product range. I bought their Christmas gift packs for several members of my family. I was delighted with the care and attention paid to the packaging. Arrived swiftly too.
Will definitely support this business again, I love their eco-friendly ethos and great range of products/gift options.

Quick delivery and beautiful products! Really happy with the company and will definitely order from Faerly again!!

Ease if purchase, good communication regarding delivery and the speed of delivery was really quick

Gorgeous soaps and other beauty products. Hand made, Irish and the Hydrating Face Serum from Dublin Herbalists is just divine......and to add to it all, not a bit of plastic in the products or the packaging. Happy days. Ordered Wednesday just before lunch and it arrived Friday - during the mad Christmas season - so that's service for you.

Ordered over the weekend for a Christmas gift and already have everything with me by Tuesday evening. Everything sustainably packaged without plastic and with a handwritten card in the box thanking me for my order. Delighted with everything and looking forward to availing of the CO2 canister exchange program for a long time to come.

Always happy to shop local but in this instance it feels like an upgrade rather than a compromise!

I love the variety of responsible products that Faerly has to offer. On top of that, the customer service is just excellent. I needed my order to be delivered asap so I reached out to them and everything was solved within half hour. The package came on the next day as promised and it was really a life saver for me. I really like that they obviously promise just what they actually can acommodate and communicate with the customer from the start to finish. Definitely will be back.
