Lovely people good workers.
Ryan Gough and David Wilkinson did a wonderful job putting in my new heating system. They were working at 29deg and then had to go in the loft. Which must have been like a oven 🤔. Yet they did the job and cleaned up after themselves.

I was interested in the Failsafe Plan Option 6 which needed 2 surveys before they could sign me up. They were so helpful organising the surveys, and identified my boiler needed a little TLC. Andy and Devon were prompt, professional, expert, friendly and helped us understand what we needed and why. Really impressed and would highly recommend. Have signed up to Failsafe, Option 6 and really glad I got it sorted in the summer and not waited until the winter!

Great service
Hewer were very helpful and efficient arranging the annual service for our ASHP. Greg the service engineer could not have been more competent, efficient and knowledgeable in making sure that the heating system was working optimally. He very helpfully explained how parts of the system operated. We would be very glad to have him do our annual service again next year.
