Very helpfull indeed and always keeping me up to date with the process thanks to all on the Fair team....

After submitting the forms there has been constant updates on how everything is going on a regular basis. All emails are sent with up to date information, my experience so for has been excellent and I would have no hesitation on recommending fair to anyone.

Just put my claim in and sat back and they found a claim...couldn't of been easier.

As I have not yet reached the end of my claim with fair acting on my behalf, I can only comment on their service and support so far.
They have been very clear about what they are doing and explained how the process works. They have kept me updated and been honest and reassuring about time frames.
Any charges were clearly explained at the beginning and how these are worked out.
So far I am very happy with their service.

Scam central - sending bogus claims letter to children who dont even have a car / a job

Received a spam letter last week, making claims that a claim could be entered against a finance company, they claimed experian handed over the details (they didn't, not allowed to, couldn't...experian had no details to give) had an online check for any breaches, only thing went back to a facebook breach in 2016.
Problem is, never ever used any car finance company, always paid cash, spoke to one of their "junior managers" today, outlined everything, she blatantly lied, I informed them that it was their next step to escalate to a manager, Crystal's response was "there is no manager here to take your call" I explained that the only place they could have gleaned the information was from an illegal source, that a solicitor had already been informed and advised me, the next thing from the call, they hung up...
Trading standards and FCA are being contacted this afternoon, they caught themselves out in their own statements.
I am aware, that this practice is called fishing for custom, but for it to be legal, it has to be based on facts, as in the addressee did receive the service in question, when it doesn't, it's spam, and as experian don't have any details of any finance, because there isn't any, then it falls into misrepresentation.

Don't engage with them, don't give them any details.

They sent me a letter? I don't have a car yet or a licence so don't you dare send someone a random letter!!!

They have kept me up to date frequently with every search they have undertaken and given me clear information regarding those searches. I would recommend using this firm .

very dodgy company sends spam mail but refuse to reply as to how the have my name and address so im going to take the lawyer route and inform the asa as a gdpr offence has been commited

Scammers be very careful if you click on any link on any email they spam out or any advert they spam pages with they log your ip address and attempt to bill you I have had to contact the police and trading standards because of persistent threats.

I have never driven in my life, yet this cowboy organisation believes I was mis-sold car finance to the tune of approx. £1658, by way of unsolicited mail. Why is this practice of data abuse allowed to continue unabated? Any claim of implied consent shall not constitute a valid defence.

If I require a product or service, I will approach a reputable organisation of my choosing. Questionable operations such as Fair.inc deserve only permanent closure, along with a thorough investigation of their dishonest practices.

For the reason i approached this kind of company,they do the work if all goes well take their share leaving me stress free
