The guys who came to install did a great job. They were friendly and paid attention to detail even double-checking the internal unit was level as our ceiling isn't!

The install of unit, and the spark was excellent. The cutting of the A/C outlets in the bedrooms was a mess as they didn’t put down covers to catch the dust. This was disappointing as we have all belongings in these rooms as we are renovating the rest of the house. In the roof the insulation batts were not replaced after cut outs were done and I have had to replace them myself which was an effort at 69 years of age. Otherwise we are very happy with the system that was installed- full ducted A/C of the house.

Your salesman was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and advised us well. Prices are extremely competitive and installation went perfectly.

Professional quoting and installation of ducted air conditioning. Team was experienced and carried out the installation quickly neatly and efficiently. Operating instructions given clearly. System is great.

Would have given 5 stars but while staff carried out the work as per quote, the anti rust treatment was included in the initial invoice but upon questioning was deleted from final invoice. What was good was staff immediately accepted the error without argument.

We are in our late 70s and early 80s. The two servicemen and the two new equipment installers were sensitively attuned to our needs – arrived on time, explained the processes as the job progressed, Promptly and effectively completed their tasks and cleaned up after them. My old air conditioner was not working well. Now it has been replaced by Faircloth and Reynolds it is working perfectly and keeping the apartment at a comfortable temperature during the hot summer months.
