Genuinely the worst customer service i have ever had in my life, i bought panels online after speaking with staff on a agreement of delivery on Friday or Saturday as i said i needed them quick. They said no problem but let me down, they then promised me Monday only to send a text on Sunday evening saying our driver is in A&E (did offer a refund) or could guarantee delivery Thursday or Friday, once again third time i was let down as nothing came Friday. I phoned Catherine (i think) and told her this is a joke, yous promised me delivery 3 times "she said i just spoke with our driver i can guarantee delivery on Sunday" its now nearly 8 o clock on Sunday and no delivery. I cant believe how bad the customer service is. I now have to cancel my carpenter for a second time as he was due again tomorrow. Would highly recommend avoiding this place

***Update! Delivery went fantastically well. Very quick delivery. I only had to screw in the legs on the tables and benches. They are so beautiful. Thank you so much! I am now ordering my balcony outdoor panelling for my balcony wall and ground decking!!

I have looked around almost every shop in the country for the kind of panelling ( indoor/ outdoor and all beautiful furniture that almost seemed too good to be true. The prices are absolutely the cheapest I have seen across this country. There furniture pieces dining table and chairs are unbelievably priced!! I was buying the exact table with the 4 chairs no different , not a piece different, they were the exact products and for the same table and 4 chairs with Fairmont Interiors ( Panel Outlet Ireland) was less than half the price!!! They have stunning tables and chairs been sold off at €199 marble Louis table and lions head knocker back chairs at €75!! There panelling is the best 👌. Outdoor i would love. The prices are unreal. I am waiting now on my delivery of gold console table and side table. Also bought the stunning benches for the bedrooms. At €99 how can you pass these!! Looking forward to my new pieces, I will update my review on how the delivery process goes.....

Delivered the wrong panels and now it has been more than a week the wrong panels still waiting to be replaced with the correct ones. No sign of replacement it is 8 days now even though promised to do it earlier. This is not an expected behaviour from you
