Serious Concerns Regarding Account Security and Unauthorized Access
I initially thought Fairspin was a legitimate bookmaker, but after what happened to me, I seriously regret trusting the platform.
I had 528 USDT in my account. I initiated a withdrawal of 378 USDT, leaving 150 USDT in my balance.
A few minutes later, I received an email notifying me that someone had logged into my account from Canada. Immediately after receiving that notification, I reset my password. I did this because I believed someone had gained unauthorized access to my account.
However, despite changing my password immediately, an unauthorized withdrawal request for the remaining 150 USDT was initiated shortly afterward.
The withdrawal was rejected because the system required the funds to be withdrawn using the same method originally used for the deposit. After the withdrawal was rejected, the remaining 150 USDT was then spent on casino games until the entire balance was lost.
This is the part I cannot understand:
How could someone still have access to my account after I immediately reset my password following the login notification?
The password was changed before the unauthorized withdrawal request was made and before the 150 USDT was spent on casino games. So how was the person still able to access my account and use my funds after the password had been changed?
I immediately contacted customer support and asked them to disable my account, but I was told they could not do so. I was literally communicating with customer support while my remaining funds were being lost.
I repeatedly asked customer support how this could have happened, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. I was simply told that someone had accessed my account and used the funds.
I had previously seen similar complaints about Fairspin online, but I ignored them because I never believed something like this would happen to me. Unfortunately, it happened to me.
I cannot personally prove exactly who accessed my account or how they maintained access after my password was changed, but the circumstances surrounding this incident are extremely suspicious, and the response from customer support did not give me confidence.
My advice to anyone considering using Fairspin: please be extremely careful with your funds. I trusted this platform and ended up losing 150 USDT. I would not want anyone else to make the same mistake I made.
Think twice before depositing your money here.

Overall
Overall, it’s just an OK site. It took a bit of verifying your identity to get paid, which I’m fine with. The small withdrawals like $200-$800, no issue. Quite quick actually. The problem comes around when you try to withdraw actual “big wins”.
My experience: I had a really nice $3500 win after a really good bonus and it was on a Friday, I waited hours and my withdrawal still said pending. Supports excuse was the fact it was the weekend and they didn’t work weekends. Like what? They bank on you cancelling your withdrawal and chewing away at your profits until it’s convenient or the right amount for them to process the withdrawal. I was so mad. My $3500 withdrawal dwindled down to somewhere around $1500 over the next 3-4 days. I’d also like to add that I’ve never had issue withdrawing money (small amounts) on weekends. My second issue with this site is, you can only have 1 withdrawal pending at a time, absolute BS. So, say you win $2000 you want to withdraw $1500 and play with 500, and on that 500 you with another 2000, you can’t initiate another withdrawal, you have to wait until your first clears and if I cancel and restart the withdrawal process, it starts from square 1. Like I said, this site is just OK. I wouldn’t recommend that’s for sure. I don’t think it’s a scam site, I just think they care about their customers, the give away and bonuses are dog shit as well. Definitely not a 4-5 star, wouldn’t recommend.
