Great experience they helped when I needed

I had a great experience with the Fairstone team in Abbotsford. The entire process was straightforward, professional, and surprisingly stress-free.

Everything was handled over the phone, so I never even had to go into the branch. My representative kept me updated throughout each step of the process and let me know roughly how long everything would take. As soon as everything was approved, she called to let me know it was complete and emailed me the documents through their secure system with clear instructions and the password to access them. It couldn’t have been easier.

What I appreciated most was that there were no constant follow-up calls or endless requests for more paperwork. They told me exactly what they needed, I submitted it, and that was it. The process was efficient, organized, and respectful of my time.

Their website and mobile app are also very easy to use, and if I ever had a question, it was simple to get a helpful answer.

Overall, the customer service was excellent from start to finish. If you’re looking for a loan company that’s professional, easy to work with, and makes the process as smooth as possible, I highly recommend the Abbotsford Fairstone team.

No complicated steps when applying for a Loan. Got approval based on credit score quickly. Just make sure that, you add the repayment protection insurance and other riders if you really need it.

It’s help your financial need

Customer Service is 5 stars from the local branch... 1 star for getting any help especially if your payments are on time and using them since 2020 or so when ya need the help do not expect too much especially if your in a dire need and especially if you are leaning towards bankruptcy option... Such a shame cannot get the help...
