Je suis vraiment fâchée contre Fairstone. On ne nous avait pas dit que quand nous appelons pour savoir le solde de notre compte, vous nous chargiez des intérêts à toutes les fois. Je trouve cela très désagréable de nous charger des frais.

Fairstone on burnhamthorpe in Mississauga is the worst. Harassing phone calls and no help in trying to pay the loan down. I paid my loan in interest already (10,000) no break on interest. High interest loans, no promotional rates to help pay down loan in the 3 years I’ve had it. Horrible company. Loan sharks is right. Go with easy financial

It’s disappointing to have taken a loan from them. They have vwry poor customer service and they don’t care about their customers. The manager is always harassing customers and he is not from. Very bad attitude and very poor management. He is from India. I wonder why they have such bad management in their business. I regret taking a loan from them. I have already spoken to a lawyer.

They help in all their capacity

Great people. Friendly. Aware of how much we need what we’re applying for. They do everything to help. They’re warm and kind. I made a mistake and couldn’t make payments. They were more than willing to help. I’m a client for life.

I started with fairstone when I wanted help to clear up some payments quickly. They were able to help me and then when my life fell completely apart they help me again but not just financially they were there as a friend and emotional support which went a long way. Great team at the Moncton location. I can’t say enough kind words. Thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough.
