Falcon online Supermarket Reviews 

I order Cofresh Bombay mix and was sent Regal Bombay Mix.

I also received a second parcel with products I had not order for a customer in Maidenhead.

The number provided appears out of order, so I can't contact them

I ordered of there website first time , got it delivered late , damaged cans of thumps up and open packets of kurkure. Got one thing missing off the order no one got in touch with me regarding that and no refund either. When i rang them they hung up on me.

After 16 days I called the bank to get my money back. They don't answer phones, website messages, or emails.

Nothing was delivered in the two days delivery stated. No notification of when. Just got a review without actually receiving the product.

Still waiting on my delivery, one week later despite paying £6.99 postage via DPD, never again!

Edit! Now 26th November still no package or reply from falcon online despite various emails!

Not really satisfied. I am a first time customer. I ordered on the 12th of November, 2023, was told its a 2days delivery to my doorstep. But up till today, 21st November, 2023, I'm yet to see the goods i ordered. My baby majorly feeds on this product. I'm really not happy it's taking this long. I was actually waiting to see my goods before I can give my review but the review reminder forced me to do it with a worrisome feeling.

Please, I need this product delivered to me as soon as possible.

No update about product and got refunded with no communication at all, stay away

No delivery updates, some items not delivered and no information about if they will be delivered or a refund, iam still not aware of what is going on and it is a week now, will never use again

This company scams recently. I ordered 10quantities of hominy corn and they delivered only 8. There was no information on why it is so, up till now I have not received my refund or the remaining two product. I have sent emails but no response.

Aweful service. No replies to messages and contact number is invalid. So no way to contact the company. Items not supplied and no refund issued. Stay away from Falcon.

2 stars because half of the items from my order were missing and incorrect. There’s no customer service to contact . Very much disappointed .

Overall good, was sent Chamomile tea instead of Jasmine tea. three boxes. Also ordered Moon Dal was sent Urid dal. Wil have to give the tea away we don't like it, so £4. down.. I will order again but hope that the order is correct.

Very prompt delivery - good website

Stated 2 day delivery but after 11 days no sign of goods ! Phone always engaged, no reply to emails,no way to contact them BUT the money left my bank account 11 days ago. Not good....
money has been refunded, it seems like lack of communication is the problem with them which is a shame.

I’m very disappointed in you and the service you provide me. I ordered white cornflower and received Yellow cornflower instead. I have tried to contact you several times but nothing seems to work. Your phone number is not working and you cannot reply my email. I found this is pour and very frustrating. You have created my money and disappear. Why putting the phone number which is not working as contacts? I’m very disappointed and frustrated I can’t even explain.
