East to order & fast delivery

Really BAD!! It has been more than 10 days but my delivery is not here yet. I have mailed twice but no response from the team. I am beginning to wonder if I lost my money.

All the items ordered were not delivered.
There is no way to contact the store. The phone numbers don't get picked up.

FRAUD, BE CAREFUL
Ordered two litres of oil, never received them. I have been charged. I tried contacting customer service via email and received no response. I tried calling but there is automated COVID message, with no response. Awful experience, please stay away or your money will vanish. I wish I read these reviews first, as I am not the only one with such an experience.

Bad experience with contact customer care - Phone is auto reply (Still impacted with Covid-19!!!) and emails are not responded. No way to track the delivery so all together place your order and forget about receiving the delivery.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! FRAUD!!!
I placed an order and did not receive a complete order!! Emailed customer service several times for a refund and no response!! Phone number on website is an automated covid message!! No one answers the phone.
I will never order from this site again!!! PLEASE AVOID!! Not even worth 1 star!! Terrible and fraudulent!!! Wish I read other reviews before ordering! Never again!!

Not received my item and money deducted from my account twice
I haven’t received my item which I ordered on 14 August 2023 which suppose to be delivered in 2 days via DH
When I wanted to check my delivery details,they took money from my account again. They said if you need help contact us and when I called the phone call was on automated and won’t allow you to speak. I sent multiple emails they didn’t respond then tried with SMS and still no response
Very very poor customer care. Please don’t order anything from them and waste your money could be scam
No way to reach to speak about delivery not received
I will register official complain
I have never seen a worst market in whole my life such a store that you can’t contact customer service

the delivery was on time but the contents were not correct. the papads were broken with only one pack delivered.They sent 1 dark soy sauce instead of 2 light soy sauce. Have tried to contact them by phone(you are told they only accept emails because of covid).I then emailed them twice with no reply to either. No refund for incomplete or missing items. I will not buy from them again.They have lost my trust, I feel they are totally dishonest and would not recomend them to anyone

I have not received my complete order the contact number are not active and no one has replied to the email I have sent. I wouldn’t buy anything again from this place.

I didn’t receive the delivery at all. I paid in 7 pounds extra for delivery but I am very disappointed. I tried calling the number on the website - no response! I emailed them on the email id provided - no response!! Never ever gonna order anything from them.

I place an order on the 11th August which I still haven't received sent two emails to them no reply and they have taken my money out my account

The order was incomplete and there was no communication from the company just a credit card refund for the products not included in the order. First time I used this company and I will not use this company again.

Very good service. Arrived on time with very nicely packaged.

Since ordering and paying for my items on 7th August I have not had any update regarding the order. I ordered from this company as I was promised a two day DHL courier service for delivery.
I emailed the company three days ago and have heard nothing. As suggested in the order confirmation I rang the company but the answer machine was on a loop stating that I should email the company.
Very disappointed with this service. I would at the least like a reply to my email to update me if there is a problem with my order.

I have not received my item, which was supposed to be delivered within 2 days via DH neither have I had any response to my email query. The money has also been deducted from my account
