i had a product which gave me an eye…
i had a product which gave me an eye infection and when emailing to tell them i got the most disguting response ever! the worst customer service i have ever embarked upon do not buy from here, they are rude and careless and spoke to me like a piece of dirt on the floor. i am mortified and disgusted and they won’t offer any compensation for damamge and rudeness they’ve caused. i’ve also looked at other reviews which have said they’ve rejected the claim and accused them of ‘lying’, save your money and buy elsewhere

We politely asked you for a copy of correspondence you'd had from the doctors, along with the batch number from the item you ordered.
You were unable to provide either of the above then said we accused you of lying (when we didn't). You then proceeded to abuse our staff via email.
We will always do our very best to help customers wherever we can, but we do draw the line at abuse and personal attacks on our staff.
When you are able to provide the information we've asked for, and you're able to email our staff without abusing them, we'll be glad to assist you further.

Ordered a lash glue after 4 days i emailed the company customer service I had a prompt reply from Nick with an apologie and a promise to resend which came 2 days later then two days after the original glue turned up. I emailed them to let them know that the original had arrived, I said I would pay for it as it was not there fault but they were so kind as to give me the second one. First I would like to say the customer support was first class and second the glue is the best lash glue I have ever had. So thank you. Will be ordering my lashes from them as well in the future.

I’d already bought the lipliner
I’d already bought the lipliner, and forgotten about it. When I started to use it thought it was an expensive purchase. Looked it up on line to find out where I could buy it again and discovered your website. I ordered 4 lipliners, 2 lipsticks and a mascara for about £20. Fantastic. I usually buy top end, I mean expensive brands, but on the strength of what I’ve bought, I will be sticking with yourselves. Lipliner and mascara, best I’ve used. Thank you.

Worth the hype!
I had read a review about the sweed brown mascara and, although I didn’t quite believe all the hype, I decided to try it anyhow. It arrived within a day of ordering. Well, it is a fantastic product! It looks natural, significantly lengthens the lashes and isn’t clumpy. The applicator brush applies the mascara evenly.
I also offered a lip stain which is an excellent alternative to matte lipstick. It’s great as a lip liner, combined with my usual lip balm - excellent.

Lots of Choice
I prefer using false eyelashes to mascara and go through lots of sets. Finding this company has been a godsend as they have a huge range and delivery is fast.
