AVOID FAMAGA GROUP GMBH – SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Famaga Group GmbH to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Our experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Our order was delayed (3 month instead of 4 weeks), delivery charges have still not been refunded, and the level of incompetence, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service has been absolutely unacceptable.

What makes this situation even worse is their apparent inability to resolve even the most basic issues. We have wasted valuable time dealing with problems that should never have occurred in the first place.

Frankly, this experience has left me seriously questioning whether Famaga is a trustworthy business at all. Their conduct has raised enough red flags that I genuinely suspect this could be a scam operation. I cannot establish that this is the case, but based on how our order and refund have been handled, I have completely lost confidence in this company.

I'm leaving this review specifically to warn other businesses and prevent them from going through the same frustrating experience.

DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH FAMAGA. There are far more reliable suppliers out there who actually value their customers and take responsibility for their mistakes.

We will NEVER deal with Famaga again. Consider this a serious warning from a very dissatisfied customer.

This company is impossible to deal with. They sent the wrong items and have tried to convince us that there is nothing we can do to return it. Even with email evidence shown they do not accept any responsibility. They now just ignore and do not respond to any communications. I would avoid purchasing anything through them. We have had no choice but to start legal matters in hope they will actually do something.

I have a problem with my order. I bought 2 gas spring 21 May. Time to delivery was 3-4 weeks. I still don't know what happend with my order. I send many emails and nothing.

I strongly advise against doing business with Famaga Group. My experience with them has been incredibly frustrating, unprofessional, and feels like pure theft.
I purchased an item from their eBay storefront, but the courier returned the package to them mid-way through transit. As soon as I realized this, I messaged them on May 10th, well within eBay's 60-day return window, asking for a refund. They completely ignored me. I had to send multiple reminders, and they conveniently only replied on June 22nd, right after the eBay return window had permanently closed.
They admitted their warehouse received the returned item but blamed a lack of internal workflow for not notifying me. Then, they used the closed eBay return window as an excuse to refuse a cash refund. They completely disregarded the fact that the window only closed because they ignored my initial messages for over a month when we could have easily resolved it.
Instead of a full refund, they told me they were deducting the shipping expenses from my money and told me to pick substitute items for the remaining balance. Even though I found this deeply unfair since none of this was my fault, I agreed and selected new items just to get this over with. Once I gave them my selection, they promised to contact me the next day to solve it. Since then, they have completely ignored my follow-ups.
They have their product back, they kept my money, and they refuse to communicate or issue the refund they owe me. Avoid this seller at all costs; they will ignore your messages until your buyer protections expire and then keep your funds.

We placed an order online on June 19, 2026 and the credit card was charged immediately but no product has been received. We've reached out by email, but have not received a reply; the phone numbers listed don't work and we don't know how to get in touch to get an ETA or a refund.

Nous avions initialement un délai de 2-3 semaines.
Au final le délai n'est pas du tout respecté.
Je demande un remboursement et ils ne veulent pas le faire et me disent que la commande est partie alors que cela fait un mois que j'ai demandé le remboursement....
Je ne vous recommande pas du tout cette entreprise.

We were initially given a delivery timeframe of 2 to 4 weeks. After making the payment, we were later informed of a material issue, extending the delivery time to approximately 4 to 5 months.

We requested a full refund of nearly €10,000, which has not been processed to date. The company has since stopped responding to calls and emails. Its been 3 months since...The matter is now being handled by our lawyers.

Worst ordering experience ever. I asked for supply of a valve coil for a hydraulic valve. Got a very good response asking for information and sent over photo of the part numbers on the failed part. Was quoted for minimum order of 2 at 1-2 weeks delivery in September, once we paid for the part that they offered (detailed in German with different part numbers ) they then quoted a date the following March 20th for supply. After no delivery and repeated emails and excuses, we were then given a date of May 21st. On May 27th no part arrived and after many further emails asking for refund and cancellation which were ignored, a month later delivery was notified. On receipt of a heavy box it was found to contain 2 flanges. When I queried this with Erick I was told we were supplied what we ordered. Total waste of time energy and money.

""SCAM” No one will return your phone call or email once they have your money for an order!!! We have tried for over a month to reach someone in re-guards to an order being shipped with NO response.

"The product will take about one week to arrive at our warehouse, and then an additional week for delivery to you.

In total, the expected shipping time is approximately two weeks or less."

This item was ordered back on Sept 9, 2025 and we still haven't seen it nor can we reach anybody.

Be careful.
Read FAMAGA supply rules carefully. Famaga can supply the product at any time within a time period of 12 month.
We got our pre-paid products later and only after active intervention of a lawyer.

Products are re-imports from China and do not contain any warranty in Europe.
Famaga is not approved reseller of any offered products in Europe.

We tried to purchase an item, took 2 weeks to ask for more money so we cancelled our order and 6 weeks later only managed to get a refund via our credit card charge back as they were ignoring us. Even the owner left our company a negative feedback ln retaliation as apparently could not get away with it. Never got even an apology as apparently they have a BI-MONTHLY review to issue refunds?? you are warned!!!

My order delivered in a short time in a good shape without any damage. Very good customer support. They can be reached by phone, or by email.
