Dexter is an absolutely exception producer of heirloom quality rings. I would do business with no other.

This was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Building the order was smooth and easy and the follow-up was prompt. Getting connected with one of their artists ended up being quicker than promised which was an amazing surprise. Dexter Rings gives feasible and sound promises and manages to over deliver far beyond expectations.

Where I expected 3-5 days till an artists reached out to me, I was contacted within hours. Morgan Morey, the artist for my commission, was very professional and offered exceptional guidance to my feedback and critiques/requests for adjustment. They leveraged the experience of their engravers to ensure the piece would be workable and cemented my trust in their process.

The final piece is an exceptional quality. The wood is beautiful, the metal is clean and shines brilliantly. The engraved work on the desk seal is flawless and the impression it makes is exactly as I had imagined.

Dexter Rings approached my rather vague description of an idea and concept with the utmost confidence and professionalism and delivered a product that exceeded my expectations.

There is another project, more personal, that I have on the horizon and it will require this same expertise again. When the time comes, I will look forward to working with them again.

I started the process to get an stone engraved signet ring for my Dad with Dexter and had a rough design in mind which the team helped me to refine! They were very patient and professional and communicative!

When the ring arrived to my friend who I had shipped it to collect it there had been a mixup about a small detail with the engraving on the inner band and it needed to be ready for the following week! But I explained the situation to Dexter and they were so quick to help and sort this out and when it was returned the engraving was perfect! It was like it had come that way!

Thank you to all the Dexter Team! I I would highly recommend to all who want a beautiful and truly bespoke piece of jewelery - I doubt anybody else in the game has this dedication and quality of service!
