I was looking for an artist who could engrave the most beautiful bird for my very first signet ring, and Dexter truly delivered! Their communication was meticulous, and they crafted an incredibly stunning ring based on my order. It turned out to be the ultimate Christmas gift!

Certainly the best creators of signet rings I have come across. This was my 3rd ring from Dexter. In terms of craftsmanship it would be more than five stars for sure. This time round however, I was not informed about a delay, so I have to subtract one.

Now had 3 rings made over the last 18 years and have to say great customer service.

I can not recommend Dexter's rings strongly enough. They have beautifully engraved 3 pieces of jewellery for members of our family using the ink fingerprint from my late son.
The deep engraving on two necklaces and a ring is very precise to the print. The quality of the workmanship is incredibly high and together with superb service results in them being awarded the very highest accolade from our family.

To be honest the craftsmanship is very beautiful and it is just what I asked for a nice pinky ring and that is exactly what I wanted but yes the craftsmanship is beautiful and it fits like a glove thank you guys you did an amazing job

Fay was exceptional at communicating all the possibilities and ensuring all the details were taken care of. After confirming the order, Adrian was more than helpful making sure the ring would come out as I would expect. I told him I trusted his judgment and that was the right move. I revived the order within the time estimated, and the ring is beyond what I could have hoped for.

The product itself is fantastic, and the correspondence with the support team was great. The initial ordering through the website was a little challenging and could use an update to make it clearer, but after that everything was excellent.

Honestly the most perfect Gift. Was extremely anxious this wasn't going to be detailed or good enough quality. Never doubt this company! We asked for some extra touches and it was more than perfect for my partner. Highly recommend for a thoughtful present which will last forever.
