I would consider myself an "OG" with these guys and have been with using their products since the second month they launched their first product around 2023. The software is cutting edge, and they also provide lots of training on their products and AI. They feel more like a partner than just someone selling me software and services. I look forward to all the weekly trainings and software updates! These guys are the real deal give them a try. You won't be disappointment and will understand!!

THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW WHICH WAS ONE OF DISAPPOINTMENT

After further communication with the company, I want to share that they have addressed my concerns and issued refunds for the unexpected charges. I appreciate the professionalism shown in resolving the situation, and this action has restored my confidence in their customer service.

The platform itself is powerful, creative, and very helpful for bringing ideas to life. My only concern involved the lack of advance notice regarding additional charges generated when edits, updates, or renders were made to a project.

A helpful improvement would be the addition of a clear pop-up notification before each paid action, informing users that proceeding will apply a specific charge and allowing them to confirm before continuing. Including a visible statement explaining that the system operates on a credit-based structure would also provide greater transparency for new users.

With these improvements in place, the experience would be even stronger. I appreciate the company’s willingness to correct the issue and respond promptly, and I am glad the matter has been resolved.

Thank you for refunding ALL of the charges that were from your company. NOTE: I was extremely happy with the output from my project ... the thing is if you are going to charge additional charges that should be made known in advance of charging.

I really appreciate the quality of feedback they provide, especially in their training videos. The explanations are clear, detailed, and genuinely helpful for understanding how to get the most out of the platform. It feels like they truly want users to succeed and take the time to walk through important concepts step by step.
Personally, I haven’t created anything with it yet because I’m still working through all the details of my idea. I want to make sure I have everything fully thought out before I start building so I don’t leave anything important out.
That said, I am a little disappointed with how the credit system works on the site. Because it’s AI, it isn’t perfect, and sometimes it doesn’t fully understand the way you explain something. If it interprets your request incorrectly, you have to redo it, which costs more credits which costs more money. That can be frustrating, especially when you’re still learning how to phrase things clearly. It's like you’re spending extra money simply because the program didn’t quite understand what you meant or because you didn’t know the “right” way to ask.
Overall, I see a lot of potential in the platform and appreciate the support they provide, but I do think the pricing structure could be improved to better account for the learning curve and the natural imperfections of AI.

Be Warned - Scam Billing / Refuse to Stop Debiting Funds from my Bank:
I fell for the hype and signed up to Famous AI in November 2025. I have some pretty stringent demands of an AI, as I test and crosshatch my thesis with other models. It quickly became apparent Famous AI wasn't going to deliver. I cancelled. The scam is Famous AI / Deal AI, were debiting four different amounts of money from my bank. You believe you're signing up to one organisation for one license on sign-up, but that's where the illusion starts. Because when you cancel your agreement, they simply refuse to stop extracting funds.

I signed up with an $8/month subscription and added $7/month for platform access, but now they want to charge me an extra $23.22. WHAT?! There was no warning whatsoever that by continuing I was agreeing to these extra charges. I want my subscription canceled immediately.

This information about Famous was very informative, motivative and intuitive. The guys were able to simplify the on boarding process. So much more questions to ask that can't be done online.

I have been putting off the task of moving some of the services my company offers in house to reduce reliance on third party vendors. Famous.ai has already far exceeded my expectations, it's like having a team of developers only you get more work done in one day that would take a year or more to build with an office full of developers, without the HR headaches and personality conflicts. Famous.ai suggested features not offered by my current solutions and some that I wouldn't have thought of when engineering the product myself. The Onboarding was very helpful, Terry was personable and it was obvious he believes in the platform. All my questions were answered and they also provide plenty of resources to give you everything you need to be successful in your endeavor. Easy five star rating here.

Famus as it gets never seen before

Excellent, it does more than I thought

First, I am going to address a couple things that, after reading the responses from Famous ai to the reviews,
1. I read no less than 10 times the Famous rep telling people to cancel from the dashboard under the “Billing” tab. This is impossible, as there is no “cancel” option
2. The rep also stated numerous times that customers could always contact customer service through their email address support@famousai. The email cannot be sent and I only received “cannot mail to this address” in a pop up screen on my Yahoo Mail app
I would just like to cancel my membership because the app CANNOT do what I need it to.

Famous AI, is yes a great tool to use to get your ideas brought to life. I started out with the 7/month trail but later discovered I was billed $146.00 after realizing after every time you add, update or make changes you acquire a charge. These charges are undefined and took me by surprise b/c the way the billing works is nowhere explained on their site. Been having problem trying to deploy and go live with my site. I'm assuming you have to have another account with their partner Deal.ai in order to host your web page. I'm still waiting on confirmation from the email support I sent out. Response time is very slow so hope you have patience. Overall I give it a 3 out of 5 due to the lack of clarity and support availability.

I had a wonderful experience with the presentation. The technology was unlike anything I've seen before, and I can't wait to start creating different apps. The system wasn't difficult to use and learn.

Very solid presentation. Did a great job of demonstrating the process for us. I am looking forward to attending the bootcamp. The only thing missing was getting us more specific information on how the cost works. I hope to learn more at the bootcamp.

Great, informative content! I appreciated the host's (Terry) enthusiasm and humor. Would have given it 5 stars, but the audio could be improved. He speaks rapidly, so I recommend turning on captions. All in all, I'm eager to try this exciting product!

I am not new to AI but I am new to Famous.ai. And this is the best thing since sliced cheese! I am loving everything about this platform and the training is above and beyond. Just got off the onboarding orientation with Terry at Famous.ai and WOW 🤯—this platform truly rocks. Terry’s candid honesty was refreshing, and I absolutely loved how he broke everything down and showed just how simple the app is to use. He didn’t just skim the surface—he explained how to actually get the best results from the platform, which was huge for me.

I did have a bit of confusion around the funneling options and billing, but Terry handled it perfectly and directed us to the Famous AI Academy to dive deeper and really understand it all. That alone made me feel supported and confident moving forward.

I’m genuinely excited to get started—even if I’m a total AI novice 😅. Fingers crossed I’m not biting off more than I can chew, but with this level of support and education, I feel like I’m in the right place. Huge thanks to Terry and the Famous.ai team!
