The support team is great and the AI Platform is incredible. It built me an almost fully functional app with just the click of a button that looks great with new ideas that I hadn't even thought of.

I enjoyed the walk through and the live demonstrations. However I was disappointed that my specific questions were not answered and I do hope Terry will get back to me with some insight.

Since I created my app in September of 2025 til now, they have dinged my credit card for nearly $1500 calling them Famous AI Usage Deal which I never signed up for and do not know what this "deal" is. I have called 3X and emailed and lft vmgs and never get a response. I want some information! My site with the app didn't go live until Feb 2026 so what am I getting billed for?

It was great. I love the ease of use and the simplicity of the prompting. The processes to build the projects the attendees suggested were not cumbersome and very easy to replicate in other projects. This is my first Famous.ai training, and I'm already loving it. I believe that in a short while I am going to be churning out world-class projects.

Terry is a very talented and informative instructor. I was afraid to use Famous.ai but after his training class, I am stoked to start. Thank you so much Terry.

I did not authorize payments they are taking from my account. Even if I did, I cancelled a week ago and they just took more money from my account. Where is any contact information? I didn’t even use the platform at all.

WOW! I signed up for the beginner program and then I saw what this program can actually do after my orientation. I am shocked and excited. My greatest challenge is creating content that typically take more than one tool to build one ad. THIS WILL DO ALL OF IT!!! Not kidding all in one shot! I cannot wait to grow and learn more skills and strategies with Supercool!! It really is SUPERCOOL!!!

Just finished the webinar with Terry on the Supercool platform and I’m blown away. Terry has a knack for making complex features feel simple and actionable. I walked away with a clear plan on how to implement this for my business. Five stars for both the platform and the presentation!

Total scam money pit. I was on their onboarding webinar and decided to try out their builder while I was learning about their platform. Then I noticed something weird. I had to upgrade my account in-order to generate an ad. it was only 47 bucks so I didn't make a fuss about it. However, then I got an error massage saying that I ran out of build credits and told that I needed to upgrade again. When I checked my credit balance I had over 13000 credits. So i decided to ask about the difference between build credits and regular credits. Terry the moderator totally ignored the question and eventually kicked me out of the meeting. Why refuse to answer such an important question? Then on the site you have a 14 day money back guarantee but there is no option to cancel on the site anywhere.

The information I received was really cool. I was late getting on but I will definitely be joining the other webinars to learn how to better us my SupercoolAI

Just finished up a orientation of the SuperCool AI, blown away would be a understatement!! This AI from just 30min intro has amazed me beyond words, the things this AI can do from single prompt is unbelievable!!From video generation using a avatar you created and even with your own voice, to much to type what this AI can do, definitely a customer for life!!!

The best overall orientation of a new platform I've seen! I'm extremely impressed with SUPERCOOL and will use almost exclusively from now on!!

This is one of the best Ai platforms I used. I love that you can still get some credits even when yours are used up. The different tasks it can do is just amazing.

Terry knows what he is talking about. The onboarding webinar really helps subscribers gain needed information to move forward. He is also funny, has good vibes and very accommodating.

Customer Service has responded and are willing to help fix issues they are having.
I will work with them to get issues resolved and leave a more complete evaluation when we get this sorted- Nope! It gets worse! They deleted my account and all my work. They just want to charge you over and over for nothing.
