Only thing to flag is the sizing is relatively small - if you are larger you may want to check the length of items prior to purchase (i.e. necklace/bracelet length).

Had a problem with the courier they chose at first but they were considerate to do a replacement with a different courier and it was delivered swiftly.

Beautiful jewellery so happy with my purchase. I do wish you had longer options for chains for the necklaces being adhd i have issues with things touching my neck so I do prefer longer chains but over all absolutely amazing and I will definitely buy more

Customer service was fantastic! I ordered a ring and they shipped me the wrong one by mistake. I emailed them and within 24 hours, they sent me the right one at no extra cost! Very happy with this company and will definitely order again! Thank you!!
bad customer service
I wanted to order a gold wishbone necklace to Switzerland. However, the currency for Switzerland is automatically in HUF Ft (Hungarian currency I think), which is a wrong currency with vastly different numbers. I was worried that my card was going to get charged a wrong amount if I ordered like this so I tried to contact the customer service about it multiple times and was told that the issue lies with my browser and that there is no issue with their site since Shopify automatically assigns currencies that can not be changed.
Both statements are untrue, since it is the same in all 4 browsers I have tried on 2 seperate devices and through experience with working with Shopify I know that it takes like 2 clicks to fix the currency issue if necessary... yet they refused to acknowledge it and told me to just pay as is and accept that I might get charged an exchange rate difference or a foreign transaction fee from my bank.
But even if I wanted to order the necklace with the additional fee it is suddenly not on the website anymore. Not sure if it is a temporary bug since it shows if I specifically search for it on google but wont load or show on their website. I find this all very unprofessional and disappointing. Especially considering that the issue would've taken less than 5 min of work for them to fix.

I ordered two separate charms for Christmas gifts. They sent me two of the same. I emailed them after Christmas asking how to fix this, and I never heard back.
