Incredibly sketchy site. First of all, trying to subscribe is intentionally deceiving. Everything is defaulted to 12 month subscription but you cannot scroll down to payment information. The only key that works is the TAB key, sorta. So you'll waste lots of time wondering why you cant scroll down to check out page. And you'll end up accidently subscribing more than you want. If you realize your mistake and try to contact support and request refund because you only wanted to subscribe to 1 month, they'll tell you to kick rocks and ignore you.

I opened up a case with my bank and they decided the charge was valid, which is sorta true, but there is absolutely no reason FANFIX couldn't refund me for the remaining months you didn't want. BESIDES that, they ended up removing my access/subscription entirely after 2 months (probably because I opened a case with my bank) so now I don't have access to what I paid for and the charge remains. I'm currently re-opening the case with my bank over that. I saw a screenshot from some 16 yr old tiktoker in which FANFIX was trying to recruit her, they are that desperate for money. Suspicious and sketchy business practices. Customer support will ignore you. Be warned.

This website has been an extremely frustrating experience. When you submit a support ticket, you don’t receive a response. If you follow up, you still don’t get a response. In my case, it took five months for support to reply.

Every time the platform pushes an update, something seems to break. My account was “glitched,” and support claimed the creator had disabled their content. When I contacted the creator directly, they confirmed they had not disabled anything. It feels like constant back-and-forth with no clear answers and no accountability.

I’ve been subscribed to a creator for the past two months and have not received any content during that time. I reached out to the creator multiple times during those two months, and my messages were ignored. Meanwhile, the creator regularly posts on their story claiming they post daily, yet I have received nothing. When I asked about it, the creator said they haven’t made or sent any content, which directly contradicts what they are publicly posting.

Overall, the lack of communication from both support and creators, combined with ongoing technical issues and inconsistent information, makes this platform very difficult to trust or recommend.

I tried to buy a subscription on the site, which cost less than $5. But I kept getting an error message and it wouldn't let me buy it. After refreshing the page several times, the transaction finally went through, but the price deducted from my account was $33, much more than what I had selected. I was scammed.

I've been on Fanfix for 3 years now and what I have seen on this site dispte the requirements being no explicit content it is apparent that the site is just another cam girl website for porn girls oiling up there bodies in underwear or getting naked doing hand bras and participating in cuckoldry content for money

It's all one big scam site you pay for subscription but every time they update the chat feature what the website is based off of is gets broken . Fans shouldn't have to close out of messages to see they have a new message not should they have to scroll or refresh the page, and as for the content sometimes it doesn't even reach your inbox

There customer service is abysmal they never responded in a timely manner and that's if they respond at all if you have a problem with your account it's quicker to make a new one than report it to Fanfix nothing is ever resolved

This would all be seen as teething problems for a starter company but Fanfix has been around for sometime now and have only implemented features that should have been introduced in quarter 1 of there lifespan on the internet

Non nude content, no promised content, cold replies and nothing "premium", shares same content as found in social media. Customer service ignores my requests and don't even care about the client satisfaction. I will sue them and get back all my money. This type of business needs to be ended.

fanfix changed my internet name to my real first name in hopes to intimidate me for asking for a refund. real pieces of shit over there.

Absolute scumbags. They make their creators sell the same content you previously bought from them, with different caption to make sure you can't know, and then refuse to refund anything. The only platform of the kind that allows this

I signed up intending to purchase a 1-month subscription, but the site defaulted to the annual plan, and I was charged over $100 immediately. I contacted support right away to explain it was a mistake, but they refused a refund, citing a blanket “no refunds” policy.

This feels extremely misleading — the most expensive option should not be the default, and customers should not be locked into a yearlong payment for what was clearly meant to be a short trial. After researching, I found multiple other reviews describing the same problem. I have also heard concerning things from creators as well.

Creators/consumers should stay away from FanFix, unless you want to be grifted by them.

I purchased a paid video on Fanfix in February 2024, but it has never been accessible (endless loading).
To try to resolve the issue, I even paid for two private messages to the creator, but that didn’t help either.

Since then, I have contacted Fanfix support many times: by email (no replies) and by tickets on their website (only generic responses, then silence). Each time they asked for screenshots or troubleshooting steps, which I provided. I also tried everything on my side (different browsers, devices, cleared cache, strong internet, etc.).

It has now been over a year, and I still don’t have access to what I paid for, nor any refund. The most frustrating part is the lack of follow-up: support only responds when a new ticket is opened, but never to emails or previous replies.

I would simply expect either:

Access to the paid content, or

A refund (video + private messages).

At this stage, I can only share my disappointment. Hopefully this review will finally get Fanfix to take responsibility.

- I purchased a package from a creator that promised unlimited messages. However, after a certain number of messages, I still get a prompt asking me to pay for each message. This site is a complete scam. Save your money.

Scam… they keep taking money from my account, though i cancelled it few months back….

They dont respond to my mails and tickets.

£130 of fraudulent payments to fanfix.io from a business account. Scam scam scam.

They charge me money for 3 months without access to my account. I’ve emailed them on 22 of December to cancel this payment and after their response, they stopped. So I’ve emailed them again and again 1 response from them and then stopped responding. It’s been more than 2 months that I’m trying to cancel the subscription and they do not care at all. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

would like to compete with onlyfans or patreo, but fails miserably. The creators after they have sold you photos, which you find for free on any social, disappear. The only positive note is the fast deletion procedure. In case you want to support your favourite creator, use other means.

A model on Instagram made an account on Fanfix or better yet.... Fanfix probably offered her money and used her name and face to scam people.

The account was charging people money for pictures on that are publicly available on social media for free...

I pointed this out and they said "sorry about that" and continued to do the same thing.

The account stopped posting all together in just a few months. The actual model must've caught wind on what was happening and opted out.

They are actively recruiting young women and coercing them into signing away their name and face.

Just another scam subscription platform like Onlyfans, Passes, etc.

It's entirely run by "talent agencies" "management" or 3rd party chatters in a foreign country.

It's only a matter of time before these platforms get hit with a class action lawsuit.

Save your money and stay away!

The front page of this website makes it look like this is for anyone who wants to get paid for using social media, not being the product. Doing research on who uses it and how, you can see on Google, Reddit and all over the web, this is definitely not "safe for work." It's women taking it all off and not in an artsy way in very adult content.

If you are a serious person in your craft, don't sign up for this website. There are more serious people in the arts and other professions on competitor NSFW websites than here. Do not fall for the marketing. This stuff is seedy. I almost signed up for it today until I did digging into how this is really just legalised adult work.

"Nothing you see here is worse than Instagram," was one of the articles. Uh, sir? What are you looking at because this is clearly adult content without the label of it and lots of Instagram is mild when you look at it after this?

I'll give it three stars because adult work IS work. It's better than keeping these women in dangerous situations. Is it really non adult work as promised? NO! Keep your young adults and your own self far away from this website if you want to have real careers. This company loses stars from me because they think everyone is stupid in their marketing and found journalists to play along with it. Sure, this is creativity at work, huh!?

DO NOT buy into the PR everywhere they have in mainstream publications that this is a powerful platform for Gen Z. So many artists, musicians and models use it! Uhhhh, maybe they are selling something on there that isn't music because not one profile I looked at directly on the website or on Reddit is a serious model or musician!

I have been fighting with them for months! They have been charging my card and I have NEVER had an account with them.
