Fake Tickets/Ticket Scam

We purchased tickets along with utilizing the group payment option, upon arrival to the venue were turned down and told the tickets were fake. The venue couldn’t do anything about it other than direct us to Fanimal or allowed us to buy tickets at the venue. A friend of mine reached out to Fanimal under their ticketing guarantee and the company is giving him a very hard time and not so far appearing to give him his money back.

absolutely wonderful experience!! got my tickets a week before the concert thinking that they were all sold out on ticketmaster but when i bought these it took them 5 days to get sent to me and they worked wonderfully, had such awesome seats for such a good price too.

My event has been cancelled for almost 3 weeks and still no sign of a refund. It says all over their site about how tickets are 100% guaranteed, even if the organizers aren't offering refunds, but Fanimal refuses to do anything and just keeps giving me the email for the organizers of the event, who are also ignoring me.

It was incredibly easily to split tickets among friends and pay separately. My only wish is that there was a way to add the tickets to your apple wallet.

I was searching through all my usual resale sites and apps for tickets to a high-demand game, and had been meaning to give Fanimal a try. I'm so glad I did! The interface was very easy to use, the cost and fees were the lowest I found across every site, and the tickets were transferred to me almost immediately! I was able to use my discount for a ticket and got a really great price on an expensive ticket. Worth using! Only complaint is the ticket transfer process if going through a separate third party, does take a little bit of time but just be patient.

after logging into my account wrong and getting shut out from my tickets at the gate because i couldn’t remember my password i choose to not contact customer support and just rebuy tickets from another site. After the game i contacted them telling them i never got my tickets which is all my fault. they then proceeded to refund me??!! Even though it was nothing on them! I will definitely be using this app to purchase all of my tickets from now on!
