I love how im getting so many texts but id like how we have to pay ??

Bought the medium credit package to try and get a feel for the premium features. The transaction went through my bank immediately but my account balance didn't update until the next day. I actually thought my payment got lost in the void for a second.

The customer service rep solved my problem very quickly and I was pleased with the resolution.

kept getting an error when trying to put a picture up. sent a message to the team and they resized it for me. decent folks.

Tried updating my profile details, but there are barely any options to describe yourself properly

I've found the chats intriguing and exciting. I wish they would comp some credits once in a while! I had one woman just blow up our conversation with exclusive posts, audio clips ,and letters. I'm enjoying myself and I have my eye on someone right away!

Well I get to meet people from all walks of life and age too. Fast connections that's a plus for me.

It was great to talk to so many different people.
The company had a great idea. I am impressed how many man my age range need a friend. Being 62 it is hard to find a friend/maybe more at my age.

I like how the profiles are laid out and I like how you are able to add in different features and like their pictures. Everything loads fast and I haven't had any technical issues with Fanlychat yet.

I like the fast reactions from others and getting to know different lpeople from all over. The only thing I will complain about is about the credits. I was in the middle of a great conversation with someone and then I get interrupted by how low my credits were and lost the conversation. I like the site tho and I will continue to use it.

This company has stolen almost $5000 from a vulnerable person. The bank and fraud authorities have been contacted, and this company has continued to access personal account details nearly a week after deactivating the account.
I look forward to receiving a generic statement on this review from the company with a “help” email address, however this has escalated beyond an internal issue and is now in the hands of the proper authorities.
This platform is extremely predatory, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE use any of their services. They have accessed personal bank details and continued to take unauthorised payment amounts, including AFTER the original bank card being cancelled. Highly illegal and immoral business, avoid at all costs.

It is a decent way to meet new people without a lot of stress. I was going to give it a try interesting so far so yeah I'll stick around and see where it goes.

Helping me find people that I can relate to. And meet online. The response rate is better than I thought it would be.
