Fanscustom Reviews

Jennifer was very professional and stayed in communication with me going over every detail until I was happy. I finally received my shorts and couldn't be more happier , not only was the quality amazing and the fit perfectly they looked exactly like I wanted them to. I will definitely be doing more shopping and recommending all of my friends to do the same 💯

I can’t say enough good things about Fans Custom. This was my first time ordering and the ease of the ordering and customizing made for a seamless transaction. The items showed up and the quality and design were above my expectations. Really well made and looked exactly like they did online. Due to a sizing issue which was my fault the 1 shirt was to big. I reached out to the customer service team and let me tell you they did not disappoint in how they handled the situation. They responded immediately and were very understanding of my situation. I was given a very fair and generous option to order a New Jersey in the correct size. I was blown away that they didn’t just say to bad a move along. They took the time over multiple emails to ensure I was able to put an order in for the right sized Jersey and were very communicative and helpful. It was my mistake and their willingness to work with me went above and beyond and I could not be any happier with the outcome. They have gained me as a repeat customer not only because I loved the product but because the customer service I received raised the bar and highly exceeded my expectations. I can’t say enough good about this company but more so the people who work there. They truly care about the customer experience and this shined through on all my dealing with them.

I placed an order for my softball team, the order was returned to the company before I ever received it and now the customer support team isn’t responding to my emails!

I’ve made 3 orders from Fanscustom and the price, quality & service are always great. They have a huge range of styles that can be customised with no minimum order quantity. Highly recommended!

Amazing service ! The jerseys are awesome and great quality . Just Wow !! Work with them since 2022 and it's always a pleasure .

I ordered a custom red and gold jersey, and I’m beyond impressed! The quality of the material is top-notch, and the embroidery on the lettering is clean and detailed. You can tell real care went into the craftsmanship. I’m so excited to show it off—this jersey definitely exceeded my expectations!

We were scanning around both local shops and the internet for custom baseball jerseys. Then we found Fanscutom.
The website is easy to navigate, with various color and font options.
I did message them on IG and inquire about processing and turn around time, they were really helpful and made sure that we got our package on time. Actually, way ahead of expectations.
The quality:pricing is really great.
Looking forward to another business transaction with the company. And would recommend them to fellow sports customers.

I am very impressed with my order. Well done to the staff at Fanscustom, you guys rock.

Good customer service and quality product. They initially had made a mistake but were prompt to correct it which was greatly appreciated.

Where do I start? When I placed the order, I was given a timeframe of 10 business days to complete the order and then another 8-10 business days for the free shipping option. Well wasn't I surprised when my order was completed AND delivered in 10 business days!? The custom ice hockey jersey I ordered was everything I wanted - the embroidery was excellent and it fit like a glove! Super happy with my order and my experience, and would absolutely recommend Fans customs to anyone wanting custom made sports apparel.
