I order shirts for my co-ed softball team. They arrived in time and looked pretty good. The only negative is that the number on the left front side of the shirt was slightly off placement from what the photo shows.

I haven’t received my order yet but I wanted to commend the customer service. Phoebe L. did two mock ups for me which helped our team decide which jersey we were going to be ordering. She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner and even offered to help me in placing my order. She made it easy for me to place the order and make a payment. I was also surprised by how quickly she responded to my emails. Other businesses lack on the customer service side but I think it’s one of the most important aspects. Thank you Phoebe L.

Good workmanship on custom jersey for 5 year old. After ordering, and being made aware of what "shipping" definition is, I complained that the wording was misleading. I learned that "shipping" only defines time after production. I did not get the item in time for a birthday even after paying for expedited delivery. Good product but delivery expectations are not clearly defined.

I ordered items and have been waiting days for a delivery notice. I received an email saying I need to pay more to receive my item because their system didn’t include a fee at checkout. The fee was only $1 if a company can’t cover a $1 mistake, it’s not a company you should do business with. This isn’t the customer’s fault, and customers shouldn’t be forced to pay extra because of a basic system error.

Very low quality item. The item was advertised as embroidered but it was fabric cut outs stitched onto the shirt. There were lots of loose strings and gaps in the stitching. The logo is just printed onto fabric and sewn on. The fabric also bunched up around the areas that are sewn.
