Switched from a different fantasy website that i will not name. Fantrax has been much more versatile and there support team has been very quick to respond to any of my question. All of witch have been user error.

Being new to the Fantrax site I set up my playoff draft. I only had a bit of trouble because of being new to online drafting. Robert was/is extremely patient in pointing the setup in the correct direction and finding a solution.
Now very much ready for our playoff draft.

Fantrax's support team is second to none. Last year, I moved all my leagues from FleaFlicker to Fantrax and I knew it was going to be a big lift to make sure all my settings and everything were setup the exact way we needed them to be. I've probably bugged the hell out of them with all my questions, but the support team has been nothing short of incredible, specifically Robert and Nathan.

They make the experience so much better, knowing that if I ever need anything or have any questions, that they will jump right in and be willing to make the experience better.

This, coupled with all the amazing features Fantrax offers makes it the best platform to play on.

Also, the App is SO good, you don't need a desktop computer or tablet. You'll have an amazing amount of information at your fingertips.
