I engaged Harry after finding him via Google when our attic conversion application was rejected by the council. He went above and beyond, giving invaluable advice even before we decided to instruct him. Harry then put together an excellent submission. (I’m very pleased I paid him to do it rather than have a crack myself). When there was a government planning policy change which we were invited to respond to, he dealt with that, too, submitting a supplementary submission. As a result of Harry’s in-depth knowledge and high quality work, our appeal was allowed. I don’t usually do reviews but I was extremely impressed with the service Harry provided, and delighted with the result.

I am the Chair of Henham Parish Council. The Council wished to object to a planning application and asked Faraday Planning to prepare and submit an objection.
