Hi Sana - Hope you had a good week. I'm following up on our Croydon property transaction.

I understand form our solicitor that you have agreed to complete the property transaction today (15/Aug).

And, today my solicitor and the estate agent has been trying to reach you whole day to check when the funds will be transferred. My solicitor spent lot of time in getting the redemption statement from our lender so that she can redeem our mortgage today. However, It's 5pm now, and we are really concerned as my solicitor has not received any response from you so far and she has no clue as to whether you received the funds from your lender and what time you will transfer it to them and finish the transaction.

And, I just received an update from them saying they can't redeem our mortgage even if they receive the funds from you tonight as it is too late. And, the agent can't handover the keys to the buyer as they are closed at 5pm.

What's going on? Very poor communication and time management!

Salam All. Just had a best experience with farani taylors law firm. I’ve tried many solicitors but this law firm is the best one yet. 3 to 4 months before when i contacted one of the best solicitors in this firm “ Sammer khan” for my younger brother visa as he had some very unfortunate experience right after he arrived in uk. He fell sick and diagnosed with cancer so he wasn’t able to continue student visa. But “Sammer khan” handled the case very efficiently and my brother’s FLR visa just got accepted in 3 to 4 months.
