Went with 3 bags of donations to help the children to angel store to find the doors were locked for an invitation event for sustainable denim and no one would answer the door. The donations went to the heart foundation. Very Poor Indeed

And inclusion or equal opportunities are not in their lexicon when hiring for jobs. This “charity” needs new blood with new approach/ideas.

I wanted to review a particular Fara shop, namely the one in Chiswick, London. I uploaded my review there a couple of times but every time it has been removed after a short while. It is not a positive review but very truthful and factual. I am interested why my review has been removed each time… I thought I would post it here instead:
What has happened to my beloved Chiswick Fara? The once greatest charity shop in Chiswick, or perhaps London, has certainly changed. Previously a visit to this establishment would be like visiting Bond Street, Kings Road and Carnaby street all rolled into one, with amazing high end fashion, and quirky clothes. A veritable feast for the discerning shopper. Unfortunately, after recent visits this appears to have changed, with more and more items from low end high street brands, which on its own would not be too bad, but the quality control has gone down, whilst the prices have not.
What once (at least until about July 2024) had been a fun experience, shopping at an emporium of wonderful and delightful items, has become another run of the mill charity shop. Not sure what has happened. I know that charity shops are dependant on donations, but these donations appear to have completely dried up since the ręcent change of Management.
I hope this shop can return to its previous standing.
I do miss the old ways and the old management!

I pre ordered a dress that should have been sent to me 2-3 weeks after i bought it. I still have not gotten the dress. It has been almos two months, and they are not helpful at all. They obly tell me to wait. I will never purchase from this store again.

I wish their products quality and service was half good as their marketing.
I got a pice of garbage basically after 2 months waiting.
Unbelievably poor quality and costumer service! Still fighting to get my money back and a return label!

I’ve purchased a number of items from the website and they were all beautifully wrapped and sent with care with great communication all the way through. It was a great pleasure to purchase from FARA - the first of many and what a great cause. Fantastic customer service and a great array of items for sale.

Southfields staff are Tereza and Anna outstanding they have a great deal of experience and the shop is a brilliant atmosphere. I have shopped in fara for 20 years and they are the best yet. We also share many book recommendations which is really enjoying.

Next day delivery, excellently packed, the item exactly as described, and I even got a free shopping bag! What more could a customer ask for?

Very fast turn around on my order . Goods arrived on time, nicely packed and just as described. Very happy customer.

I bought a basketball top and had a confirmation email on a Friday saying "Small Parcel - Standard Shipping - 2-5 days". On the Tuesday out of the blue came an email saying "Your order has been refunded", no other explanation. Terrible. I'm unlikely to buy anything from them again.
