I still don't have the tickets
I still don't have the tickets. Their callback function does not work. I have received multiple calls late in the day. The site did not take my PP information at the time of purchase and now requires it but the website gives error messages asking me to send images to their tech support. Still no tickets, hours of wasted time.

1- During booking they tried to charge…
1- During booking they tried to charge me $350 extra, so I started over multiple times to prevent the extra charge.
2- My tickets total cost was $4273.00, but still they charged me $4353.46 ($80.46 extra) why?
3- I still have not received my e-tickets.

1. Airfares are dynamic in nature and may fluctuate based on seat availability and airline pricing updates until the ticket is issued.
2. You booked a discounted fare, and as per the discount conditions, the ticket was required to be issued at the published fare. After ticket issuance, a rebate refund of $80 was processed back to the same card used for payment.
3. Since this was a discounted fare booking, additional processing time was required. However, your reservation was successfully confirmed and the e-ticket details were sent to you within 4 hours of the booking confirmation.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this process. We truly value your business and appreciate your understanding.
