I booked a one way flight from CVG to HNL for 10-31-24 for $265. I was notified the following day that the airline was ACTUALLY charging much more for the flight, another $187 for each leg (2) of the journey, and I was not allowed to book any bags. I was then informed I had to change my travel to 11-01-24 where I would be charged a total amount of $537.92, bags included. I was immediately OVERCHARGED and I called the following morning to report the overcharge and ask for them to correct. Hah!!! Nothing was corrected. I called the next morning and I reported the overcharge AGAIN and I was told I would receive a call back in 30 minutes. Hah!!! I did not receive a call back. This morning I called again and reported the overcharge of $336.70 and told them I would call the FAA and BBB to report their unethical behavior, and that I wanted a full refund. I do not have ANY extra money in my bank account to be able to let these thieves play games with me. I can directly book with another airline right now for $287. If my bags cost $200 I would STILL be better off. Right now I'm waiting on another return call within 30 minutes, as if that will happen. Someone needs to take this company to task before they bilk anyone else.

Delays in providing service. Had booked a ticket in evening for next day early morning flight,no tickets received on mail or SMS. On complaint, service received post 2-3 days of my flight. But thanks to Indigo airlines I requested for help and they helped me out.

I had booked the flight ticket for 12 feb 2024 on 28 December 2023 . Till date have not received the ticket nor any confirmation from their end. While tried to reach the customer care no one seems to respond to the call and revert to the mail. I got cheated for 15000/- INR . This is a fraudulent app . Please don’t make any purchase from them.

Worth doing business with you...but be quick in your ticket confirmation at least within an hour. Over all your services are top notch

First time I've ever used the search and the only filter I changed was flight duration (22 hours).
Nevertheless it continued to offer flights as long as 40 hours plus.
Such a simple filter and it couldn't deal with it.

Within hours of my review I was contacted by the company and was sent a short video on how to set the flight duration filter.
Due to never using the site before I didn't realise that I had to set 2 filters 1 for outbound and 1 for inbound, hence the reason I was getting offered flights that were longer than I wanted.
Top marks for communication, I've now booked flights for my journey but will re visit Farefirst for my next journey
