A very first time a flight query with a travel company Fareforyou by means of telephone conversation with an agent (Karen Cardenas) who she speaks our own language as well as in English, regarding flight query for next year 2026. I took advantage of its flexibility of flight options on offer. I praised (Karen C) for being incredibly helpful, transparent agent who she has explained many options therefore, I felt comfortable that exceeded my expectation throughout the process.
I would definitely recommend Fareforyou for their customer service and value for money.

From the moment my mother in law started planning her trip, Iyan Smith was phenomenal. His dedication, professionalism, and unparalleled attention are what make FareForYou a 5-star travel provider.
His constant support was invaluable; he diligently listened to every need and successfully balanced great service and experience with a very reasonable price. His commitment went above and beyond and his support didn't stop once booked; he continued to follow up until travel and even checked in while my MIL was in Japan. From the booking process through her entire trip he ensured she/I had continuous assistance and felt reassured every step of the way. As a Senior person and travelling alone, there's a few things that need to be well thought through and Iyan was invested to make it all work! I definitely recommend.

Be warned!
Apart from the anxious time awaiting our vouchers (ie for excursions etc finally sent 2 days before intended departure) we found the day before departure that our reservations were not recognised according to the details given on our eticket which we couldn't check until 24 hours before our flight to Japan. Now, we are due to fly in less than 20 hours and no idea if we will be flying or not. That's not to mention that the number of meals included seem to have reduced by 3 lunches and 1 dinner. This was supposed to be a trip of a lifetime costing nearly £5000 each. Obviosly we hope this will be resolved in the morning but we cannot recommend Fareforyou. Communication has been hit and miss and at this moment we cant even be sure we will be flying tomorrow.

Regarding the delay in receiving your vouchers, this was due to group travel protocols; our partner in Japan typically sends vouchers only 72 hours prior to departure, which is standard practice for group travel in Japan. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
As for the meals, we want to assure you that all the meals agreed upon in your original booking confirmation were provided as per the arrangements. We strive to ensure that all aspects of your trip are delivered as promised.
