Booked package holiday in January. Our family is going to Japan at Easter. We had a complication with the outbound flights which caused me a lot of concern over the past couple of weeks.
Thankfully Ross phone me and took the time and effort to find a solution that works. Now we hope that the trip will be everything that we have planned for.

My name is Pooja Parekh. I booked my holiday with Fare for you and the person help me is Zac. He is really kind, calm and very knowledgeable person. I booked first in May then, I changed to summer holiday and last my ankle was broken but he helped me all of my situations and he made my holiday really memorable. He always answer my questions even though I was in another country. I went alone with my little one but it’s only gone so smooth because of assistance of Zac!
At the last my two suitcases never came at the airport and he called to BA flights and helped a lots and my suitcases came in between just 24 hours.

The perfect service i ever had.

This was a special family holiday to Malaysia and Thailand to mark our oldest daughter finishing school. Zac took time to arrange everything we wanted and knew where to get the best deals and when sales would be happening. I got to see my orang-utans and elephants and the accommodation was everything we needed, well situated and excellent facilities. I would highly recommend Fareforyou and Zac, for their attention to detail and personal service.

With the help of our wonderful travel Agent Mr. Zac Muller we were able to for fill our wish list. We had a great holiday in which everything we booked ran smoothly and efficiently. Not the experience I was expecting as unable to help any issues I had after and whilst in holiday.

After l decided to find out about a Christmas break , l was given options to ponder over. I asked many questions and got replied quickly.
