OVER CHARGED
I called United directly; I thought Dana White was a United agent. When my credit card was charged, United was paid for the 3 tickets, and a third party (Farebooth) was charged almost $500 as a third party travel agent. I am disputing this charge on my card.

Terrance Ortha was wonderful!
Terrance Ortha was wonderful in helping me. I had run into some issues with an offer from Delta which I found out was no longer available. Mr. Ortha was so very helpful, never rushing things, very calm and professional. I now have my agenda together for my trip and I am very grateful for the time Mr Ortha took in helping me. Jenna had to work a bit to get through all the approvals, but was able to find a solution for my international travel request. The only area for improvement is the amount of time I had to spend on hold (>10 min).
