Total scam

Total scam. Booked a specific flight. Took forever for booking confirmation. They called me over an hour later and increased the price from $75 to $300 for a one way flight. Stay away!!!! Now I’m going back and forth for my refund for the original ticket price. Total SCAM

Still waiting for my refund

I am still waiting for this company to refund my money. After I opened a chargeback with my bank, the company contacted me several times by email and phone assuring me that the refund would be processed. Later, they confirmed that the refund had already been completed.

Unfortunately, I have not received any refund to this day. What is particularly concerning is that the guest contact replied to my previous review stating that the refund had been successfully processed, but this is not reflected in my bank account.

Being told multiple times that a refund has been completed when the money has not been received is extremely frustrating and disappointing. As a customer, I expected clear communication and follow-through on what was promised.

I hope the company will finally clarify the situation and process the refund as promised. If this issue is resolved, I will update my review accordingly.

They were quoting prices that were 65%…

They were quoting prices that were 65% below market... I entered my phone number to "get to the next page" in booking. I stopped when they asked for my credit card, as it "felt" too good to be true, and notably because their price lacked a breakdown of taxes and fees. Sure enough, they called me four times, left voicemails, texted me, and send me messages on WhatsApp, all within the next 30 minutes. I believe other reviews here, they get you to "click here" with a ridiculous headline price, which cannot be real.

Big Time Cheaters

Big Time Cheaters. Be careful. Once you bite the 'Cheap/Low Priced Bait' you are caught. They will call you and triple the price saying that amount was just a booking fee!.. What a Trap.. please don't waste your time amd money.

These guys are frauds and their…

These guys are frauds and their customer service is very bad and rude. When I initially contacted them to buy tickets from them, they replied very fast and was texting me non stop and I eventually got my ticket from them. So I reached out to them days before my flight departure and said I was not able to make it for my flight and I would like to change my flight date but they never responded until after my flight departure and they told me I was a No show and there is nothing they can do. They waited for my flight to depart before they got back to me knowing I was not going to make it. I called them several times but they kept on saying the same thing that I was a now show and hung up on me.

They are fraudulent and they are very rude to their customers. I would really recommend not to ever do business with them

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE - FRAUDULANT! They advertise cheap flights, then don't deliver. They hold your credit card, send an email that says your set and your eticket will arrive shortly. Then no eticket and they inform you that the flight is sold out and they try to offer you a full priced ticket. So then I went back on their website to book for a different day, same story. I tried this several times and for several different days/weeks and every time it is the same lame excuse and trying to get you to buy a full priced ticket. DO NOT USE - FRAUDULANT!

Click Bait....Stay Away

It's a click bait.....they quote you a cheaper price online and then change the price once they call you back stating that price offer is not valid anymore.....
Stay away for these scamming website...

I just shared my experience in the review and ur agent didn't care if I leave a negative review or not and they were not willing to explain and justify the price of USD735 for the flight that was displayed as USD 300 flight.
This shows all the red flags for a Click Bait.
