Booking Cancellation Dear Cynthia Greenfield, Hope you are doing well, Your Booking has been cancelled and Nothing has been charged from your card.

NOT TRUE! They did charge my credit card thru Sun Country with MY credit card... They did not charge on Faresjourney. I recommend not using them at ALL. They are a scam to say the least. Cindy Greenfield

Awesome services provided by one of the person Stefan he is so proffesional at his work i liked his services with help in flight purchase.

My sister was flying from JFK to CAI i made reservation with them first i faced a little problem but once i got in touch on the chat with a agent. he helped me with flights and baggage details i liked there services i think the it was Aaron.

I searched for the flight with deals going on and i get in contact with one of the agent naming Aaron finch he helped me in that with good flight and deals.

We booked a ticket and one flight was not confirmed. The agent’s name was Stefan he was very helpful and understanding, he went the extra mile to help us.

Shawn gave me an excellent customer service and I appreciate it and recommend him highly

They are scammers

This third party scammed me. I purchase a flight on United from Mason City to Chicago O'Hare scheduled for Tuesday August 6, 2024 about 5 months before the flight. On August 6th I showed up for flight and was informed there were no flights on Tuesdays to Chicago as shown on their confirmation. I have called Fares Journey twice, each time was called a liar and accused of missing the flight. I have called United twice and confirmed there was no flight August 6th and United did not receive payment on my behalf.

Absolute worst company ever

They will give you the cheaper price in the market .. except that these tickets do not exist.
They will wait 24 hours or more ( in my case 60 hours) to call you and be like oh we cant reserve your ticket ... but we can, if you pay another $500

You can never reach them by phone ( music for 3 minutes then they ask you to leave a voicemail) .. go ahead and try to call them now before you book anything.

They wasted so much of my time and money for a simple ticket ...

They post a flight for x amount of dollars when you book the economyflight you receive a email saying that all the seats are full and you need to up grade.I went to the airlines website and checked the seating for that flight and there were seats.I spoke to an Agent and told them that they were playing a dirt game FALSE ADVERTISING they hung up on me.Stay away from this site!!!

Agent Sean should be ashamed of himself with his poor quality of customer service. This third party site is terrible & should be reported & taken down for FALSE advertisement. Everything has an ADD on fee which is NOT ADVERTISED for your socks, your bag, your underwear, your phone, your shoes, the shoelaces & your hair, ETC. Please DO NOT book from this third party site & do your research.

I made a reservation w jetblue one way and spirit the other way they called back and said jetblue (they had 15 seats left) was booked and I had to change flight for more money if wanted Jetblue. So I had to change it to spirit both ways for the cheaper price 130 and they then spirit wanted to charge me another 180 for seats and bags so I cancelled the trip and they wanted to charge me 50 to get a refund...I just cancelled and lost my money I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!
THEY JUST CALLED ME AND SAID THAT BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND IT'S MY PROBLEM NOW, SEVERE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS DO NOT BOOK W THEM!!!

The amount was stated on the site was $1433.28 in total for 3 tickets which was being advertised then I received a call from the Travel Agent Sean to tell me that the Basic Economy was full and to be upgraded to the Main Cabin it will be 189 per person. I refuse to go ahead because it felt like dishonesty ! With $49 per person to CANCEL after only booking 4-5 minutes prior.

Shawn was absolutely amazing and generous with his help. Very professional and should be a lead agent... until weeks later, 7/31/24 I found out they were a scam. I was contacted by American airlines that my flight was fraudulently funded by them stealing and applying other passengers flight credits dor my ticket. Guess they pocketed my $. Security canceled my flight. Before I received the message of fraud I contacted the agent again, who reissued me a different return flight ticket. Guess they stole more people's credits. Thank god I got home!!! I was scheduled for surgery the next day!!! That's why they got 2 stars. Otherwise, be careful I would NOT recommend them!!!

I was trying to book a flight with FaresJOurney -
I am very worried waiting for an email confirmation and my ticket for a trip to Santiago, Chile.
Two weeks later STILL DON´T hear from them.

My credit card has been charged and i never heard back again after sending mails asking for the confirmation.

Shawn Harris was very helpful with attempting to accommodate my budget and, date and physical needs. Very professional!
