They are a fraudulent agency. They took $599.98 from my debit card for a JetBlue flight, never issued the E-tickets, and told me to wait until 24 hours before the flight. When I called to cancel, a 'supervisor' kept making excuses just to buy more time and prevent me from disputing the charge with my bank. Checked directly with JetBlue and my name wasn't even on the flight list. Total fraud, reported them to Chase bank.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not buy from this company. They “sell” cheap tickets then call and say you have to pay more or they will charge you a cancellation fee so they are trying to hold you hostage due to what you already paid. I told them I insisted on a 100% refund or I would report them to my credit card company and possibly the police for fraud. They hung up on me. I called my credit card company and they actually hadn’t charged my card yet so I froze it. I then sent an email stating the same information about reporting them and they sent a response email confirming the cancellation and stating they would not charge my card.

I think my threat of reporting them for fraud expedited the process. They are so scammy! If it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

They quoted a low price then emailed me asking me to urgently call them. On the phone I was told that the price went up - red flag, but I ignored my gut and agreed to the higher price. I received confirmation emails for the booking but no airline confirmation number. I emailed them requesting a confirmation number, received a reply explaining their process and saying that once they have "checked me in" I would receive my e-ticket. When I received that email, I confirmed it with the airline, all seemed good. Arrived at the airport and was unable to print my ticket. After speaking with an airline agent, I was informed that it had been flagged as fraudulent and canceled. The card that was used for the purchase did not match the card I had provided, though the ticket price was charged on my card. Since I could not purchase another ticket I had to return home. I have filed a fraudulent transaction with my bank and I also filed a complaint with the FTC through the Consumer Protection Agency. I initially tried to call them (Fareskart) only to have them hang up. I later sent an email telling them what happened and the steps I have taken and demanded a full refund. I received a response, that, in short, did not admit to any wrong doing, but instead saying that the fault laid with the airline and that they were refunding the full amount since I was not able to get the flight. I definitely do not recommend this company.

We still have not been refunded as promised "within the hour, guaranteed" and are now out an extra $300.00.
My husband was left stranded by this company for 1 night at the airport and 2 full days. Do not trust these crooks! No resolution, horrible customer service and zero compassion. They hang up on you when you try to get a resolution. You end up paying out of pocket for a full price ticket because this company screws people over.

⚠️ WARNING — MY EXPERIENCE WITH FAREGALLERY

I want to share my experience with Faregallery so that other customers can make informed decisions. I booked a ticket through their website for $458, and the booking was confirmed. The next morning, I received a phone call asking me to verify my payment. After I verified my payment, I was told that I needed to pay another $1,000 in order to book the ticket.

When I explained that I could not afford an additional $1,000, I was told that I would have to pay a $160 cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel the $458 booking. I also explained that I could not afford that fee. In my view, the representative’s communication during the conversation was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Because I was concerned about the situation, I contacted my credit card company, which canceled my card. I also reported the matter to Delta. I may report my experience to other relevant companies or agencies as appropriate.

The main issue, from my perspective, is that I was able to book a ticket online for $458 and received confirmation, but was later told that I needed to pay an additional $1,000. This was frustrating and made me uncomfortable.

I encourage anyone considering booking with Faregallery to research the company carefully, confirm all pricing and cancellation terms in writing, and be cautious before providing payment information. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the company and would personally avoid booking through it

Sketchy scammers. I booked a flight from Chicago Midway to Phl. Flight was cheap after an hour of not getting boarding passes I started to worry since the flight I booked would be leaving in less than 24 hours. I called and they assured me they were working on getting the flight booked and an agent would call me back in 20 minutes. After another hour goes by, no call from them, I call back, speak with an agent and they say since its such a discounted flight they are working on getting it booked that I should have boarding pass within 24 hours. I explained that at this point the flight leaves in less than 12 hours. Waited another hour still nothing I call and no one answers so I email asking to cancel at this point since they are not holding there part of the deal. They tell me that there is a cancelation fee of $30 I agree just to be done. Book new flight with Southwest to be called by Fareskart that they can't cancel the flight. So I cancel the flight with Southwest and receive my boarding pass from Fareskart. Time for boarding get to the gate to be told my ticket was cancelled and had to pay double what I paid with Fareskart cause it was last minute at the freaking gate. If I could give ZERO STARS I would have. I called and requested a full refund and have a confirmation email ensuring me that I will be refunded if not I will be disputing with my credit card. Do NOT book with them unless you want the hassle of dealing with nonsense.

Unfortunately constructive criticism will be difficult (and it's truly not my style to perpetuate negativity online)
Flight canceled then rescheduled and (I was told) the next day that was also "canceled" I was told I would need to wait another 36 hours for the next available booking.....
I do aspire to someday not be effected by missing 3 days + of work, however, three days moves mountains in my business. (Or crumbles them) I ended up having to book a flight separately that was also costly.
I, nor any of my friends,family, or company salesforce will be utilizing them again

This is a completely SCAM. They sell you the tickets and the date of the flight they cancel them or change the price.
Never get a ticket here if you dont want to be scammed...

These agents are very evil. I can never recommend not even my worst enemy to these people. I Was supposed to go to a wedding. I was taking part in that wedding the day before the wedding. Those fools called me and told me there was no flight. Now for them to send my money. They are telling me it's going to take 7 to 10 business days. How evil can they be? I hate those people so much.😟😟😟😟😟

They get your credit card number, card 3 digit security code, your date of birth, say they will email you flight number day before your departure; follow up by fake emails that seems legit. Verbally phone you in attempt to perfect their SCAM; caller usually has an Indian accent, but masks their true ID with an American name like: Emma Wilson, Max Wilson etc…
From other reviews: they continue to charge your credit card for an excessive amount like $15,000.00…

Hey everyone this is fake agency and unprofessional people working there they were booked my ticket and flight was delayed they didn’t send me any information via text or email like 5 hours delay from Houston to Newark I was cancelled and try to call them they didn’t answer me after long hours the guy he picked up the phone I was requested him for cancellation and refund he said I can’t do anything you can talk to airline when I was talk to them they send me refunds like e credit when I try to use my refund airline told me someone already used your e credit nothing like it’s $200 after I talk to this agency they booked the ticket on my e credit for other passenger when I was complaining to them the guy he said I will refund you later now it’s one month they still didn’t refund me anything I got very bad experience with this agency they are totally fake people and they are lies for all words just I waste my money and nobody pick up the phone I have to take legal action against to them faking nonsense they using my money for other people I’m gonna advise you everyone don’t book any tickets with them they are totally fake and bullshit

These people play with your money time and patience. You booked your flight boom your flight is pending . You call them they said the airline spirits having technical difficulties and the flight increase $30 more . Ok you proceed to find out you will not be getting your boarding passes u til 24hrs prior to boarding. They had me frustrated for 5hrs waiting on my boarding ticket finally they change my flight from Bwi or Dulles airport. Upon arriving 3am at the airport for my 5:15am flight I was told my flight was cancelled due to the weather and fareskart who booked my reservation didn’t notify me . I missed a family event that was important to me . Now they call 6/2 asking me to confirm my return . What in the world I never made it from Dulles airport the flight was cancelled how could you not see that . People these people Rose, Shane ,Ami whatever they names are scammers . Please don’t booked with fareskart you will regret it .

This particular travel agency is a scam and should be shut down for unlawful business practices. The price quoted one is inaccurate. It has one to pay for a flight before seating and availability are confirmed. It told me three days after booking a flight and paying for it that there were no seats available.
As a result, it issued me a partial refund which was unacceptable. I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company to get a full refund. According to my credit card issuer, I am not the first and likely won’t be the last person who has had issues with FaresKart and had to file a claim for its transactions. Whenever one cannot receive what he pay for, especially for reasons beyond his control, he should be entitled to a full refund. Save yourself some time, money, and hassles by avoiding this particular travel agency. Given its rating, it is no surprise that this particular agency is not dependable and trustworthy.

This is a fraudulent company with very bad customer service, inconsistent messages and never delivered tickets on-time. I bought tx for my son trip to Cancun recently, next morning I receive a call that the prices went up by $100+ for the flight I booked and was forced to pay higher fare for the same flight that showed lower fare and booked last night. The nightmare service started from there onwards. They said tickets will be delivered 24 hrs ahead of the travel. My son got the tx at around 3 am for his 8:40 am flight and got the last seat on Southwest flight. Similar experience on his way back to Chicago as well one of the last seats on the flight. Their customer service is worst, never stands on the committed timeline. This has been the worst experience I have ever had booking a flight for my 18 yr old and No one should do any business with the airlines that has no ethics. Horrible company, terrible service!! I truly believe they are bulk ticket vendors fraudulently making money showing low fares, providing worst customer service.
