Saint Luke's Franchise..Given wrong information at point of purchase, but even worse both staff and manager when unable to answer a question asked of them, they Made One Up. I find this level of dishonesty unacceptable - Unethical of Retailers. Why would anyone accept this type of treatment by a Retailer of a major Franchise, I didn't and canceled my order. With the refund I spent my $565.00 at Harvey norman where my Money and I where treated with a lot more respect.

Order placed 29th of December for a cot and mattress.
We understand Xmas and new year holidays. However mid Jan we had to chase them up , if you don't ring we probably wouldn't get a follow up or an answer.
Cot was delivered 10 Jan we asked where's mattress delivery guys said only cot they were told.
So we have been ringing ringing and today same answer!! We will ring back, so bluddy useless!!

A shout out to Farmers. I bought Lego online. Great price. After reading the reviews I thought it would take ages before receiving it, however, it was well within their 10 day promise. Also, they replied to my emails regarding the expected arrival. Thank you Farmers. Your excellent service is appreciated.

Appalling experience dealing with an online order. I ordered a washing machine on sale on Boxing Day. Estimated delivery was a week later, nowhere on their website did it mention out of stock. Waited weeks after the delivery date and no word from them. I called their customer service team and best help they could offer was "Idk, it's out of stock and idk when we'll have more". I had to call again several times before finding someone more reasonable on their team. I told them I wanted a refund immediately if they couldn't tell me when my order would arrive. Suddenly, they had a surplus quantity in stock, and arranged to have it shipped the next day. Gee, thanks! How convenient. I only had to wait a month over the delivery date and spend hours playing phone games to earn something I'd already paid the price for! If I hadn't been so pushy with following up, who knows how many more months I'd have wait. Sorry but I'm choosing a place that can follow up on their shipments better next time.

Do not shop here if you don’t want to get angry. 2 weeks and counting now for our online order to arrive. Taken 3 weeks now for the refund we have requested. Customer service workers are useless and inexperienced the only word they know is sorry but don’t actually do anything about it

Far out their click and collect is slow. I love the in store shopping but their online delivery times (even click and collect) are embarrassing. They really need to improve their processes. From now on I will be taking my online business elsewhere.

The online service is ridiculously slow. I have ordered online a few times to save the hassle of heading into the store. I've heard NZ post / couriers being blamed for delays but this is just not true as most of my purchases are made online and they usually arrive within a few business days of the order being placed. The amount of time it is takes Farmers to dispatch purchases is ridiculous. Very bad service Farmers.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Its been longer than 10 working days and got the tracking number late too! I should have listened to my coworkers when they said do not order from Farmers! Definitely better to go in store for the future. Disappointing for such a big store, I've had orders from other companies even around the world that have come faster.

Don't order online it takes over 10 working days to ship and yes you even pay for shipping too.
The delivery time is absolutely pis poor. What ever their system is they really need to change it and what they also need to do if you order online that it should show up in a banner that going to the store is faster to get the item.
It might be just to get people in the store instead of online purchases.
It worked for me I won't be ordering online any more.

Ordered goods from Farmers’ brand Stevens. They sent a despatch advice with a tracking link that showed up as invalid on NZ Post website. After 10 working days, no goods. Finally got a reply on their phone line, and the disinterested staff member told me to wait and be patient. Four weeks in, no goods. No answers on their phone line. No reply to the Farmers customer contact form. Appalling service. Just unacceptable.

After spending quite a lot of money on some clothing I was served by a young girl who couldn't really be bothered serving me. Too busy talking to her colleagues, of which one was sitting on the floor. She spoke to them the whole time she served me. I always find their customer service extremely poor but think I'll use the Wellington store in future.
By the way, they need to get rid if the old lady who works in the perfume department. I think she thinks she works at Kirkcaldies. No dear, it's only Farmers

Ordered items online on 28 Nov, when I noticed it hadn't been dispatched I followed up on 5 Dec, where I was told it takes 10 working days. It was finally dispatched on 8 Dec, and it is now 19 Dec and I am still waiting for it. I have sent another 2 emails and had no reply. I've called twice and they are now finally looking into it. I was told I'd get a call once they heard back from the freight company, but still nothing so I called again (waited the 20 to 30 min for someone to answer), to be told they've now opened an investigation. I appreciate them finally doing something, but I can't get over the horrific customer service, no compassion, no apology and I just don't trust they'll get back to me. It takes 5 min to update a customer, quicker than dealing with my second grumpy call!! And when I asked if they could email me an update as I might miss their call, I was told they have 1000s of emails. I wish another company would come in and give farmers some competition. Anyways I certainly won't be ordering online with them again, and I'll do my very best to shop elsewhere from now on, even if it means spending more money.

Not impressed at all with online service and delivery. The amount of time it is taking to dispatch my purchase is ridiculous and I will be seeking a refund. Cannot wait any longer. Lesson learned not to purchase anything online from farmers. I expected better quite honestly

Very disappointed with how slow the service is with online purchase even for CLICK & COLLECT! Placed an online purchase for an upcoming event. Now it is more than 10 working days (stated estimated time required on their website) and our purchase still hasn't arrived at the store for pick up, and it is too late to make another online purchase! Called to follow up and was told the parcel is waiting to be picked up from some centre to be delivered to the store. Our other online purchases made few days prior with Cotton On and MACPAC have pretty much arrived within a week of purchase. WILL NOT DO ONLINE FARMERS PURCHASE EVER AGAIN.

Ordered items for my daughter well in advance for a ballet production. So slow I’m left with no updates of order status and it’s very stressful not receiving items for over 2 weeks. It’s too late to buy online elsewhere completely let down and disappointed. It makes no sense as I purchased shoes from Rebel sport and they came the next day! So it’s not the post! I love Farmers but the online service is poor!

Ridiculously slow deliveries for online orders, including of clothing they have in stock. It's faster to get something from the other side of the planet than from this local store that doesn't bother even dispatching items after 2 weeks of ordering.

Also never order any furniture from them that they don't have in stock - you'll be frustratedly waiting months, only to be told of ongoing delays for more months and months.

Was served by the most wonderful young man at Farmers Riccarton called Findlay. I was shopping for perfume & he was knowledgeable, friendly & not at all pushy.
Nothing was an issue for him.

We went to Farmers to get a replacement Sonicare toothbrush kit as the product was bought 6 months ago and stopped working all together. We were served by a shop assistant who had no idea how to do a replacement so she got her manager Olivia to help. Instead of acknowledging the issue and apologising for the faulty product, she told us to come back tomorrow morning as the manager who knows about the process of the replacement is not working. When we questioned why we had to come back and told her we would not be coming back as it doesn’t suit us, she accused us of being rude. To be honest, we have never had good experiences when products bought from Farmers were faulty but this one tops it. At no stage did we get an apology for the inconvenience caused and we were made to feel that we have inconvenienced them by looking for a replacement when the person who knows their process isn’t at work! Will absolutely try not to purchase anything from Farmers again. Farmers, you should be ashamed of your employee’s poor attitude and the lack of training of a simple replacement process.
