I went to the Pukekohe Farmers store, to look for some Christmas presents, and as soon as I stepped into the store I was follow by a indian women. As a maori women who owns my own business, I was so disappointed. But I must say the lady that greets you at the door was Beautiful 😍 maybe she deserves the job from that rude Indian lady!!!!

I was looking for a perfume that Farmers in Timaru didn't have in stock. The staff were absolutely fantastic , they spent at least half an hour trying to help me & gave me the contact numbers of the Farmers stores that stocked it. I contacted a Farmers store in Hastings[ which I had been given } & the staff there were equally as amazing .
I cannot recommend them both highly enough. Amazing service. Thank you.

FARMERS DO NOT DO REFUNDS IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM NEXT DAY . THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU A GIFT CARD. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TOLD OVER THE YEARS THAT THIS IS POLICY. Customer service is terrible, spoke to a person called Vicky about a parcel that has gone to Gisborne and it's now in Christchurch even though I'm in Northland. She keeps repeating the same thing to me even though I have phoned NZ Post 3 times and been told the same thing, sure keeps repeating a totally different thing as the only option. Then tells me she hasn't even contacted NZ POST, yet keeps telling me what they need me to do... Frustrating much!

Today I visited Farmers in Henderson to purchase lingerie. Having recently been in hospital I required someone to help me. An assistant came to my aid and spent considerable time bringing me items to try on and changing them when the size wasn't quite right. Between times she had to handle customers at the counter, returning to me until I was completely satisfied and purchased my items. This young woman's name was ELAINA. She is a credit to Farmers.

Sue Ali at Slyvia Park was an outstandingly, helpful and such a personable professional sales assistance. I will return to seek her for further purchases.

Best experience online shopping I was sent samples do grateful . They are a big company so you need to be patient eith deliveries I'm so happy with my experiences with them . Farmers member for life

You don't get your free gift if you buy online! Also shipping takes so long for an Nz company that been in business for over 100 years! You're more likely to get faster shipping from Shein. Blimmin terrible! Do better.

Awful experience from the online team based in Auckland.
I purchased and item online and a couple of hours later decided I wanted the next model up and more expensive.
I phoned the online team member who was very rude and condescending, telling me it was my fault I ordered the wrong item, couldn’t pay the difference or cancel the item purchase even though it hadn’t been processed - in their words. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and told there wasn’t one.
In the end I was told to wait for it to be delivered to my local branch, then turn up and have the item refunded. A complete waste of time for everyone.
A week later the item arrived at the branch, turned up and got a refund - told the sales assistant 3 goes to process!
Went back online and got the more expensive model elsewhere much cheaper than Farmers. Promptly cancelled my Farmers Card and they have lost a customer of over 50 years. Shame on you Farmers.

The amazing woman who served me, and helped me with all my Shinseido skincare needs, she was warm, super knowledgeable, and kind. She massaged my face and ensured me my dry skin will soon transform (haha, I know) but she made my day. Amazing service - Rood (I think her name was) at the Dunedin Farmers Shiseido counter. Thank you!

Yeah I have been waiting well over the estimated delivery time for a perfume to be delivered so never again tbh though I should've been more onto it as I have made 2 previous orders in the past and have had the same thing happen with both but I thought it was due to the fact it was during the height of the covid period which caused delays for alot of online shoppers but nope after reading reviews delivery delays are a common thing with farmers they really need to sort it out!!

I visited the Lancome counter at Sylvia Park and Mehenaz assisted me in selecting a new product - before I bought she gave me samples to try and compare. Very helpful and respectful service.

A huge thank you to the two lovely ladies at the cosmetic counter in Hastings on Tuesday morning 30th July. They went out of their way to help me find a street I was looking for in Hastings.

Wow I was blown away by their kindness to me. They are a treasure to have as staff members of the Farmers.

I bought a white top and tried it at home and found little tight to me. I brought it back to the shop and they denied exchange showing a small lipstick mark inside of the blouse. I didn't check inside when I bought it. I don't wear lipstick and it must be from someone else who returned it earlier. Will never go to Farmers again.

They Have good quality at a higher price range.
Road rage is on the rise in South Auckland.
I now picture them the bad driving culprits as driving coffins with wheels filled with dead mans bones.
This will help me get to farmers and back safely.

In the Beauty Department of St Lukes Farmers Store yesterday, I experienced exceptional staff customer service from Jahanvi. She has excellent product knowledge, and was totally familiar with a wide range of all Kiehl's beauty / skincare products. This range is 'new' to me and I was keen to learn more about specific products. Jahanvi was very professional and very helpful.

I have been extremely pleased with my purchases made and I look forward to learning more about the Kiehl range of products! It is my pleasure to submit this review.
