Will never purchase again hardly any thing in the box. It would of been cheaper to purchase from Cole’s.

Ive given these people so many chances to improve but sadly, same old problems. Ive ordered the organic vegetables several times and much of the produce is mouldy and at best would need to be used straight away. You are allowed for 4 items to be excluded from your order but more often than not, you find said items still sent. Ive learnt my lesson, I won't be ordering from them again.

The website hypes up value (up to 30% cheaper than supermarkets) and quality (better food). I gave it a go and ordered a medium fruit and veg box.
Very little fruit, some of which was rotten, and not good value. A careful weighing of each different type of fruit and vegetable and a comparison with Coles prices came out with the box contents costing MORE than if I'd walked down to Coles and purchased the same amount of the same items. With a medium box I wasn't expecting a full 30% cheaper, maybe 20%? But I certainly was expecting cheaper.
Website states "Love it, or your money back". I, based on reasons above, did not love it and so asked for my money back. Reply said that wasn't possible and offered a small amount to cover the rotten fruit. It wasn't until I pushed back with a screen shot from their website that they honoured their guarantee.

Have had nothing but issues with the chicken. I had a frequent order over about two months every fortnight & The day I recieve my box I put everything in the freezer. When ive gone to defrost the chicken there has been a funky smell. I stupidly cooked one packet once thinking it was just the plastic packet smell and gave myself food poisoning.

The beef strip's arent too bad and the mince is full of fat but does make for a good lasagne.

Twice in a row the delivery has been left on the street, despite the delivery instructions to use the provided code to come in the gate and leave the box at the door. I live on a busy street with a lot of foot traffic and can't risk having my box left outside the gate. I have been struggling a bit with customer service but eventually a senior person reached out. They seem to be taking this seriously now. I will probably give them one more chance, but I on the whole I have the impression Farmers Pick is dropping the ball a bit. Besides the delivery issues, I had a soft onion in my box last week. The meat box is really good though. I do believe in their mission so I hope they get their act together while growing.

Horrible hard to use website. Messed up my account set up, showed incorrect order details on the main page, hid the correct ones in a history page that was different from the main customer order page, said they would give me a delivery window the day before, but didn't.

I like the idea, so I gave them a second go, even after they delivered me a couple of rotten oranges, thumb sized sweet potatoes, and cracked eggs - everything else seemed ok. Maybe it was a one off problem? (Spoiler: it was not.)

The next was much worse. Eggs smashed all over everything. Totally missing fruit & veg box. No way to call them. I had to put in three separate contact emails because their site has a drop down subject with no room for multiple issues. Unsubscribing seems impossible. I tried totally deleting everything and if left me with a delivery fee on an empty cart.

To be fair, it's slightly possible that I accidentally deleted the produce box from my order. I do not think they charged me for it. So maybe I simply did not notice because their site is so messed up that it's impossible to see what you're expecting. Or maybe they lost it somewhere in their mixed up system, while I was editing the fridge box contents. Who can say? I should not need to do this level of detective work to use a shopping site. I specifically picked a medium produce box. I do not know why it disappeared from my basket.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the produce. Have significantly increased my family's vege intake since signing up and reaping the health rewards. Tried a few new things like grilled eggplant and a ratatouille recipe that rocked!

in short great idea, great product all delivered by a great team of people.
I've given them five stars not because they're perfect, in fact when I started with them I found their web site was a bit annoying, but because, great quality, well priced, effectively delivered produce aside, if I've ever had any problems, they've bent over backwards to help me work out how to fix them.

I enjoy the diverse range of produce I receive.

delivery information is sent to you so you know when its arrived, produce is great quality with great variety included, am receiving citrus fruits that you can't find in stores, and adding variety into my diet, its a great service and cheaper and more convenient then going to a store

Good variety of fruit and veg. Always fresh and very minimal damage to produce. Always good to get it delivered so I don't have to plan out meals and can just experiment and make new things.

You get a lot in each box and the range of organic produce is great, definitely better than what’s available in the supermarket. The bag of almonds is a steal. The only inconvenient thing is there’s a minimum spend on cold, when there’s only a small amount of products i’d like to purchase.

I love my Farmers Pick box! The fruit and veges I receive are always such high quality that I can't believe they were rejected by supermarkets. It feels great to know I'm doing my part to reduce food waste while enjoying a box full of seasonal produce.

Every week we get a box big enough for our family of 6 adults. The quality is always great and the variety helps with plant diversity in our diet and makes planning meals more interesting, We've been buying for over a year and love everything, especially the price and delivery.

Super happy with Farmers Pick. Love buying local produce & money going to farmers, not supermarket shareholders. Love the freshness & variety is surprising good. We have even enjoyed receiving produce we had never tried before & used in our dinner. Will continue this home delivery local service 👍🏻👍🏻

Great quality produce, timely delivery, very generous amounts and fun to reverse engineer recipes depending on what we get in the box for that week!
