Very helpful staff arranging test ride and dealing with the purchase

From the initial contact with John Osborne, I was kept informed at each stage of purchasing my Panigale. Matt also called to provide some historical info about the bike and its service history. Received an excellent PX figure for my Diavel and happy to have come to an agreement with Farnham Honda.

I booked a test ride and really loved the bike, the salesman couldn't have been more helpful and gave us plenty of time with no hassle. The sale process itself was fully explained in terms that I could understand (never having bought a new bike before), and including the after-sales service and warranty. The bike has been back for first service and I'm looking forward to the second one after Christmas.

Friendly guys, I bought my first motorcycle from them! Happy to let you try before you buy (not everywhere does). I'd definitely keep them on the shortlist for whatever my next purchase is! Plenty of 2nd hand stuff too, so there's always a lot of interesting bikes to look at, not just Honda.

Never had any problems and the staff are always happy to help. I've had problems with my bike this year and Honda are always there to help and got my bike back on the road.

Ive been going to farnham Honda for a while now. they are one of my local dealers.
unfortunately, I've had some problems with them.
The first was when i bought a brand new bike with them, they sold me the bike with pillion pegs but no pillion seat. they told me i would have to buy a new one if i wanted one. I'll chalk this one up as my fault as i should have double checked.
The second problem was with the delivery. eventually it got delivered and they gave me a discount on delivery which was nice. it arrived with a scratch on the tank and when i first rode it, the clutch was slipping so much that it wouldn't go over 30mph.
When i emailed to let them know, i was told it was probably a problem with one of my settings for the e-clutch and not a problem with the adjustment itself. eventually i gave up communication and adjusted the clutch cable myself.
the bike went through the workshop checks before it was delivered to me and still came with a slipping clutch. someone must have test ridden it and still thought it was okay.
Lastly was trying to book in a service for warranty. every time i called, no one answered. i must have called 4-5 times before i gave up and just rode in to book in in person. i was booked in so far into the future that i had to go to reading honda instead to avoid having to wait months. The salesman i have dealt with has been very pleasant however the rest hasnt been upto scratch.
I will still go there as they are a reputable company and the salesmen have been a pleasure to deal with

We arrived at your dealership and spoke to Jon Robertson who made us very welcome I was looking to buy a new Honda 500 Rebel he sorted out a test ride on a 500 Rebel demonstrator
I was out on a ride for a good hour and when I returned to the shop I decided to buy a new bike Jon was excellent explaining all about the necessary paperwork involved when we completed everything we arranged a date and time for me to collect the bike.
I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a motorcycle to use your dealership.
