This company are a SCAM. drivers dont show up, they dont answer the calls, and when they answer they just find excuses why you are not getting the transfer that was paid for in advance.
Booked a shared transfer for a late-night arrival, followed all the instructions provided, and went to the designated meeting point. There was no driver, no representative, and no assistance available. I also could not get through to support as the number to call simply is not attended.
After waiting and trying to resolve the situation, it became clear that the service simply wasn’t going to happen. I was left stranded at the airport late at night and had to arrange alternative transport at my own expense. I tried to get a refund but this company, which is not registered and has no tax registration number in their website nor in the ticket, and no licence number either, to date has not responded to my request.

Two people from Sweden went to Monte Gordo without home transport. Ali Raza on Faro Shuttlebus helped us beyond services.He fixed it with our son so we are grateful for that. Thank You. Regards from Ulf and Ursula.

This company does not come even though they have confirm time and place. Nor do they refund an agreed taxi. And finally. They also do not respond to emails sent to them.
