I was not informed of the out of stock…
I was not informed of the out of stock item at the time of ordering. I would have delayed my order
The stock was available at certain quite close Farros but no attempt was made to get it on the way. I ordered the Gemmanze st humus from Farrosbecause I was incapacitated I cold not get it myself. It was very disappointing.

Missing item in pack
I ordered a family pack that was supposed to include, a pie, a macaroni, orange juice and a breadstick. I was sending as a gift to my family members who are dealing with illness. The breadstick was not included as advertised.

Bought meals for my mum who broke her…
Bought meals for my mum who broke her foot and is on crutches so can’t cook very well. She is loving every meal so far! Super tasty and such big single portions she’s able to have them for lunch and dinner! Thanks Farro!

*** Update: Farro have responded immediately to my review and successfully restored our confidence. Thank you Alexis @ Farro.***If you want a pie comprised of mashed potato with fish flavoring added for $30+ then this is for you. Sadly it fails dismally to live up to the product description on the pack. A major disappointment to this seafood lover. Will never purchase again.

My first experience ordering online delivery and 3 things didn’t turn up even though I was charged. And 1 thing dropped off the list somehow.
However Customer Service has said they will refund me and follow up with store.
