Very quick response to my enquiry and appointment easily booked. The fitting of a new shower was very effiently done with no mess. James was respectful at all times and delivered an excellent service.

Bathroom lights
Just before Christmas our bathroom lights failed. We looked online for a local electrician and, having read the positive comments regarding Farthing Electrical, phoned James to describe the problem. He was sympathetic and booked us in for the next day. His colleague Harry came ahead of time, completely changed all the fittings and made an excellent job of it. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and would certainly use them again.

Excellent, the Company discuss the job ,give a price,
arrange appointment, turn up on time, do work efficiently and of an excellent standard.Used them twice now . They keep in touch and always answer their phone, cannot recommend them more highly.

High quality and professional
I was offered a video consultation ahead of the work which was really convenient and efficient, received my quote and the work was scheduled and conducted swiftly. The work carried out was high quality and Farthing were extremely professional throughout the process. I would recommend 100% and will certainly use them again.

Service and installation was great
Service and installation was great. James quoted, and Harry fitted new chrome inserts throughout our house on to our switches and plugs. Really pleased with the finish.

Best electrical company
James not only managed to fit us in on the same day, but was very capable, helpful and honest. He gave us a good quote, fixed our electrical problem straight away, and was clean and mindful in the property. I will be using Farthing for all future electrical issues, and definitely do recommend them to anyone in need.

James, is really responsive, arrives at scheduled time. Completed the work exceptionally well, for what was quite a tough job. Have used him in the past for our electrical problems at home, and will continue to do so - no hesitation in recommending.

I had excellent service from James & Harry. The quote was done with James using an optional WhatsApp video call which I found very useful. They did a great job providing an EICR and two additional sockets for me. They were very professional, arriving on time and leaving everything neat & tidy. I would definitely recommend Farthing Electrical.

Re-wire
James has recently completed a complete rewrite of our flat which we moved into in the summer. James completed the work to a very high standard and worked extremely hard to complete the first fix work in as short a time as possible (even working over the weekend). The second fix was then completed by Harry who was also very competent. Harry also fitted some additional overcupoard lighting for us recently following installation of a new kitchen. We would have no hesitation recommending Farthing Electrical. Thank you James and Harry

I cannot praise James (and Harry)…
I cannot praise James (and Harry) enough for the excellent work they carried out for me. In all there were eight different jobs for them to do in my house, And they kept me informed at every stage just to how things were going. They worked incredibly hard all day, hardly stopping for a break. They were very respectful of my needs, and The whole experience was free from any stress at all. And they did such a fantastic job tidying up afterwards, but I told them I hardly needed my cleaner to come the next day!
I’m extremely pleased with all the work that they’ve done, and would recommend them unreservedly As a professional and conscientious company who go the extra mile for you. A big thank you
