Ordered a product, first time with this company. Never received a tracking number, received item 2 weeks late. Finally arrived and DIDN’T Work/was broken. Emailed multiple times with the customer service email provided in my initial order, and called and was always routed to a voicemail? With no call back. I simply just want my full refund but can’t get ahold of anyone?!

Order was fine but the promised "bonus" coupon expired 4 days prior to me receiving it.

Still have yet to receive a shipping email or the product! & I ordered 2 weeks ago I’ll be asking for a full refund!!!!

Spent $150 and was sent a "special" gift which was a 50% off any one item. that expired in 2 days. i thought that was ridiculous

Ordered a couple of items from an email flyer I received. The flyer indicated there'd be a free item included but it wasn't in the package. Sent an email asking about it, no reply or follow up. Definitely won't order from them again.

The site was easy to use, I do have a couple of issues though minor in scale.
1. Please list the name as fascinations on the billing, I was confused when my credit card said Apple
2. I order for various websites and usually if I spend over a certain amount the shipping is free. Just as a sales gimmick for y'all in the future you might look into doing something like this.

One of the easiest websites to navigate. Pages load fast, and clicking on a product to view comes up quick. I wish people would submit more product reviews. The only criticism would be that I see products advertised in my email, but can’t seem to find them on any page.

Confusing and difficult to complete an order as desired.

gift cards need to be for on line purchases as well! Especially for s store of this nature.

I ordered a toy over a month ago almsot 2 months now and it is still processing. I have tried to call and left a voicemail. I tried to email and it wont let me email the company. To get a status update on why it's taking so long or if I can just cancel it. I'm not happy at all. I will only purchase in stores from now on because I never have an issue in store.

This was my first experience purchasing toys online & this website is a great start. Informative descriptions and a wide array to choose from. Also I received a free item as well which was great. Will recommend and will be buying again!

Couldn’t complete order online, called twice to get assistance and both times was transferred to voicemail. Ended up getting the same item cheaper with no issues ordering online from Adam&Eve website.
