This website is a scam. I bought a sweatshirt, but the one I received is different from the one shown in the pictures and of very poor quality. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but I never received a response.

I ordered an ugly Christmas sweater, on the site it is written that it is a sweater made of 70% cotton and 30% polyester. Once the order is received it is not a sweater at all but a top made of synthetic material. There is no label in the garment mentioning the composition but just mentioning the size ... a great scam
I bought a D&D jumper for my son. The site advertised Material: 70% Cotton, 30% Polyester, but we received a 100% plastic jumper, all translucid and without any composition label inside. We asked for refunding through PayPal, the seller contacted me privately saying that I would receive a discount if I would have canceled the dispute on PayPal. I said I did not want to keep the item and that PayPal would guarantee me. They asked me to cancel, in exchange they would have given me full refund (how if I said to PayPal that everything was ok?). In the end they said PayPal they would have given me full refund only if I had sent them the tracking number of the reshipping. This was costing me more than the item. Paypal is now working only through bots and they said me I could not receive any refund without the proof of tracking number. After all this, the seller contacted me again to say I didn't need to send back the item! Fashican (or Dayou international limited, as they are called in PayPal) is really a scammer, fraudulent web site. Please, keep away!
