Très contente de la rapidité de livraison.
Hors- mi que le livreur n'a même pas daigné sonner, il a déposé le colis à côté d'un pot de fleurs.🥴
Sinon, je trouve la matière du soutien gorge très agréable.
Par contre côté maintien, je suis un peu déçue, peut-être aurait il fallu prendre la taille en dessous.

Déçue au plus haut point. Commande de lunettes, erreur , je fait un mail de suite pour annuler commande, soit disant trop tard déjà envoyé, je vois que sur le tracking pas encore envoyé, donc mensonge. De plus vous pensez commander en France et envoi vient d Amérique, les retours sont payant ! Conclusion perte d argent, n allez surtout pas acheter sur ce site.

Arnaque totale
Ce site propose d’envoyer des sacs de compression AVEC le petit compresseur sans fil, de sorte qu’on peut le mettre dans sa valise pour utiliser les sacs le voyage de retour. OR ils envoient bien les sacs mais SANS le compresseur… ce qui signifie qu’on a payé une trentaine d’euros pour des sacs inutilisables sans le compresseur ( plus environ 5 euros pour frais de port!) Une fois le service client contacté, commence alors une conversation sans issue: ils me proposent 3 euros de dédommagement, puis 5 puis 8 et ne font aucun cas de ma demande légitime de renvoi et remboursement ( puisqu’on peut renvoyer le produit d’après leur première annonce). Bref mensonge mensonge et mépris total. Ne vous faites pas avoir, je l’ai appris à mes dépens !!!!

Ce site ne respecte pas leur principes et leur produits aussi
Je ne suis absolument pas satisfaite par le site Fashion du jour et encore moins par les pinces anti- brûlures.
Je leur envoie des mails tous les jours depuis le 5 janvier et je me battaille avec 1 mur.
Je me suis brûlée avec leur pinces, le plat que j'avais cuisiné est tombé, donc j'ai dû racheter les ingrédients et l'assiette s'est cassée. Alors leur produit c'est vraiment du plastic, pas solide.
Sans parler de leur service après- vente: il est noté 100 % satisfait ou remboursé. Même là ils mentent, je leur envoie des photos de mes brûlures et ils m'ont remboursés 6 euros alors que j'ai payé 30 euros et que je voudrais leur renvoyer leur brol en plastique.
