My daughter ordered a dress. We never received the dress. Co tacted the company and they tried to tell us it takes 7-10 business days for orders to even start. Told them we were way past that, to the point that it would takebto long to get the dress. After pestering them more they promised a refund in 3-5 business days. 3-5 business days later, no refund. I contacted them again and they assured me that they sent it and i should check if there was a hold up at the bank. Checked with the bank, out of curiosity, not because i thought they were being truthful and nope, no refund from the company pending on their end. Contacted them again, see if i get a lie response again. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Im out 195.99, well, technically more because my daughter got another dress from somewhere else!

SCAM!! FAKE ITEMS AWFUL QUALITY AND SIZING ALSO THEY DO NOT REPLY TO ANY MESSAGES OR EMAILS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I’ve been waiting over 6 weeks for my order and I have yet to receive it. Also, I can’t find out any details about my original purchase. I’m very pissed how these scammers continue to rob us of our hard earned money. Now they’re using legitimate companies to draw us into them stealing our money. How is this happening?😡

I ordered skinceutical products ( yes, expensive) a long time ago and they are ghosting me.

I am not from the USA first of all. I saw a beautiful dress online and asked my friend in LA to kindly purchase the dress for me and I would pay her back. The dress took a month to arrive. It was a complete crap, totaly diffrent from the picture. These people are SCAMMERS. Stole my hard earned money. They took my money and sent me a complete diffrent dress. In my country we have a say. GOD is not sleeping. You stole from the poor, never forget that.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT IS A SCAM!!
I bought 4 items- three of them were the loose linen jackets that lookes so great in the photos. the fourth piece was a chinese collared jacket with contrasting piping and toggles. The fabric in the jackets was so poor, I could read my phone through it and the size was only big enough for a small person or child. The chinese jacket was nothing like the photo. No contrasting piping or toggles and a mean cut. They would not accept return and would not refund. I wrote many times to paypal but they did not help me. I ordered on the 26th Nov 2022and have only just found out from Paypal they closed my enquiry in favour of the merchant because I didn't return the items. I have lost hard earned money, and still have nothing to wear to work. I know now I am one of many who have been scammed as I have since seen many bad reveiws. Don't waste your money. I ordered on 12/10 and paid the 19.95 extra for faster freight. Never received parcel. Tracking stated delivered. Sent email in January and they stated would resend order. However, never received 2nd order and they could not provide any tracking/shipping info on 2nd order. I have requested a refund without success.

I purchased a dress from fashioniv but I haven’t received any information from them nor my parcel .the only information I got from them was the acknowledgement of the money .I have sent them different mails but reply from anyone.

My order never recieved. Trying to follow up and thet say it went to a post office. I got another email they said it went back to china due to incorrect address.
I get lots of shipping on my addresd and never had a problem.
So i asked for a refund . They say its not hete yet so we cant refund.
Really?! what a scam! I shouldn't trust them. I only ordered bacause my daughter insist

this is probably the worst website i ordered from honestly!! ordered for over 100$ and did not even get home the ones I ordered the clothes material was really bad and the size did not match at all!!

Wow, what a great experience shopping with this company. Their products are first class. Delivered product within given time. Bought a gift for my girlfriend & she loved it. Moreover, associate Mandy was very helpful and informative regarding product information and answered all my questions.
