Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your order arrived across two separate days when you were expecting everything the next day.
The full order was dispatched from our warehouse on the same day, but unfortunately one part was left behind at the courier’s central hub, resulting in the staggered delivery. We understand how frustrating this must have been when the products were needed promptly, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We’re pleased to hear you were happy with the products and will raise the delivery issue with our courier to ensure standards are met.
Best Regards,
The Fastbuild Supplies Team
Competitive Prices
I was attracted to this company because of their pricing of products, easy to place order and good communication from them on order status. Items delivered by the next day. Brilliant.

Harriet, in customer service/sales was very helpful in sending out replacement, but unfortunately seemed to have little effect on warehouse activities in ensuring correct product was sent.

Hello,
Thank you for the 2 star review and to bringing it to our attention.
We have got in contact with the warehouse team to see where or how this has gone wrong not once but twice for you. Harriet did send over the exact issue to the team in hopes it would get fixed, with no luck.
I hope next time the ordering process goes a lot smoother and once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.
All the best,

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your delivery has been delayed, and we completely understand your frustration when an order does not arrive within the expected timeframe.
However, we would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your order. The order was dispatched with the expected next day delivery service, but unfortunately an issue occurred with the courier that we were not made aware of at the time. Without being notified of a problem, we were not given the opportunity to investigate this with the courier or resolve the delay sooner.
We also received your email on Saturday. Our customer service team operates Monday to Friday, so unfortunately we were unable to respond until this morning, which is the first working day following your email.
We have now picked this up and are looking into the delivery issue.
Replacements have been made, and an upgrade in delivery times has been applied to ensure this gets to you as quickly as possible.
All the best,
The Fastbuild Supplies Team

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your goods yet.
We can see that your order was dispatched promptly and an attempted delivery was made the following day, however, there was nobody available to accept the delivery. The delivery was subsequently rearranged at your request for 01/09/26.

If you experience any further issues with the delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist. We will keep an eye on the tracking today to ensure this gets to you George.
