Had a repossession and homelessness was imminent. Very Informative, fast faultless and set my mind at ease at a time I felt I had no options. Couldn’t recommend enough.

My nan used fast cash property and the way they kept me updated as my nan is not very technical was amazing. I don’t really do this kind of thing but if my nan is happy it deserves a big shout out. Well done guys amazing work.

They buy your property off you really cheap and promise you cheap rent but then they sell it on and make you homeless

Fast Cash Property was friendly and helpful! I called them up after seeing them on the local newspaper, the person on the phone was super friendly, Richard was the gent who came out to see me, he was lovely and kept me informed throughout! I would highly recommend!

I approached Fastcashproperty in November after being recommended by a close friend, I explained my situation over the phone and was able to get a price agreed, I emphasized the urgency to complete as quickly as possible so Ross, Asif & Richard got to task and got the job done in 6 weeks, initially it was estimated to complete within 28 days/ 4 weeks but as it was coming up to Christmas it took a little longer. They kept me informed and updated throughout the process, would highly recommend!

totally agree with last review asif Ross and all the staff are con merchants strung me along for months and then out of the blue said they did not want to buy my property .do not trust anything this company tells you

Where do I start? If I could give zero stars, then I would! This company is all friendly and constantly calling you when they want your house, then once they’ve agreed a price, and got you to sign everything, they constantly lie and ignore you! Asif is a liar, promising you money and saying he will complete within 7-10 days, and as for Ross the owner/manager, well he is just downright rude and a coward! Total time wasters that cause you stress and time, please ignore at all costs and use another company. I really hope this company suffers for how it has treated me and my family!
