Really poor “service”. Highly recommend testie as a superior provider as within days of signing up to them I received 15+ cancellations to choose from vs 1 I received from fasterdrivingtest

This service is an absolute scam. I registered and paid for it on 29 September, fully expecting it to deliver on its promises. The service requires you to already be registered for an exam so they can reschedule your existing booking—in my case, for the beginning of March 2025.

Since signing up, the service has failed entirely, finding zero timeslots. I tried changing the driving centres in the app, selecting different combinations of the three allowed, but it made no difference. Not a single notification or update has been sent to me. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no support available, so you can’t even ask what’s going wrong.

Just received the first SMS from them, saying there was a test cancellation and asking me to reply “yes” within 10 minutes to rebook.
I set up an account on 29 September 2024.
My test is on 24 March 2025.
Short notice message on 5 March 2025 for a test on 7 March 2025.

It doesn’t make much sense for me to rebook now, as I’ve already booked a car for the test. Decide for yourself if this quality of product is worth paying for.

I am very happy because I got a perfect test date suiting my preferences

You cannot pick dates on the app you can or cannot do and out of the whole 6 months of using the app I got 2 cancellations 1 date I was unable to do and the other date my instructor was away. I came to get a refund but because they sent me a cancelation im unable to get a refunded even though the cancellation wasn't taken by me.
It would be a good app to use if you can pick the dates on the app you cannot do.

Fast service brought lesson forward from May to January. Would definitely recommend.

I got the test date as I was expecting and passed as well. Highly recommend to everyone.

Useful. Really recommend. Find a cancellation in about 1 month after my first failure.

I used this app 3 years ago for my eldest son and again now for the youngest. It’s an excellent service and has always found me a test. It’s good to see you can use the unlimited test option too as we are not all lucky enough to pass first time.

I got an auto booking only once but for the 2nd time I am not getting any alerts and it does not book automatically. I have Testi and am getting few notifications and able to book it. I have paid £30 for unlimited bookings which is an utter waste. I have asked for refund but they declined it.

Avoid. Scam.
0 cancellation was found.
No refund made as promised.
They sent me an email telling me that a refund has been arranged but i never receive my money back. Sent another email to follow up but no one ever respond

Absolute ridiculous. I used their service for 2 weeks without hearing anything so went onto another app and turned off the auto book on this website as I had found my test date and booked it via another app for 7th November.

I have just received an email saying my new test is for 19th November as this ridiculous website had booked a test for me. So their service has actually booked a test for nearly 2 weeks after a test I found through another app.

Would highly not recommend this website. Shocking.

Quick to take your money had no interaction with them for over 5 weeks read the small print you can be refunded after 4 weeks if you have no luck.
There’s been no refund for over a month. You can only contact them by email.

I've had a positive experience with Faster Driving Test. I was able to secure two practical driving test dates within a short period after signing up. The first test is already complete, and I'm eagerly awaiting the second one. The platform's efficiency has significantly streamlined the process. I recommend this service to anyone seeking to expedite their driving test booking.

I initially registered and paid for your services actually before l booked for the test days after. I was contacted straight away. That's proactive.
I got a test date sooner too. Keep it up.

Used this service over a year ago, after one failed test and rebooking over 6 month, thought I’d chance it after hearing about this site through word of mouth. Paid and signed up on a Wednesday a new test made and rebooked by the Friday!! Worth the chance.

FasterDrivingTest have found me a driving test so quickly. I have saved lots of time and money. Thank you.

I strongly advise against using this company. They have held my funds since August 5th for a test rebooking closer to home, consistently assuring me that new dates would be available. As my test date approached and no alternatives were offered, I requested to close my account, delete my information, and refund my payment due to the lack of service.

They initially claimed they would process my refund, but I have yet to receive anything. Since then, they have stopped responding altogether, leaving me without any resolution.

The staff have been unhelpful, and their responses were brief and dismissive. If anyone else encounters issues with this company, I recommend documenting everything and seeking legal advice. Better yet, save yourself the trouble—just don’t use their services. They ARE a scam!
