Fast meds, but occasional wrong items.

Potential scam. Failed to deliver, lack of information on order. Very poor service, given what is promised around deliveries. All updates required calling them, no evidence they're a real business.

(UK) When same day London delivery is offered and the gift is time critical, such as a bouquet for a close friend working on a Theatre production's opening night, I expect them to fulfil their contract with me. They arrived the next day - FAIL! After I found they used DPD to deliver and DPD try to make the excuse that they could not make the delivery citing there was no access, which is rubbish - The Theatre stage door is open and manned until 23:00. Nothing to be done except give me a full refund - Request has been send to accounts. I have phoned them twice now from overseas. I am still waiting. Can you see a pattern here?

Ich habe Blumen aus Deutschland gesendet. Alles war reibungslos. Leider erhält man auf der Seite und per email keine Antwort, was wirklich schlecht ist. Nach der Bestellung habe ich erst die Bewertung gesehen und hatte Sorge das es nicht zugestellt wird. Doch das hat funktioniert auch wenn man keine Nachricht bekommen hat. Blumen sehen sehr gut aus und der Preis ist auch ok.

My Mother spent $78 on flowers that looked like they came from Trader Joes, no card with delivery, not ever arranged nicely just plonked in a cheap glass vase. Very disappointing this company must be a scam.

Well after reading the reviews I was really worried that flowers I ordered for my friend's birthday wouldn't arrive on the same day or at all! So I tried to call and sure enough did not get to speak to anyone and message only said to leave a message or email. Panic set in so I did leave a message expressing my concern that the flowers would not get delivered. But they did!!
Hours later my friend messaged with a picture of the flowers! They arrived. :) Thank you!

You morons didn’t say anything about US dollars until the final bill I will spread the good word to my fellow florists

DONT ORDER!!!! If I could leave a zero stars I would. Bouquet was not even remotely as advertised. Smaller, wrong colours, and different flowers. They delivered on the wrong date. They over charged my credit card - TWICE!!!!! And don’t respond to emails, or phone calls.

I ordered flowers. They were NEVER delivered. Tried several times (almost evey day) over the next few weeks to get a reason why they were not delivered. No one will answer the phone when you call or return a phone call. My money did get refunded but no I'm sorry, here's what happened, or any response in general. They did write on the bottom of my refund Hope to see you again soon.. NOT!

This place is fkn garbage. They are not responsive, did not send me a confirmation email and did not deliver the flowers AT ALL. Completely unacceptable. I’d report them if I could.

Order #18980. delivery date 19th March 2022 today is 6th april still no confirmation if delivered or not. no reply from them inspite of repeated reminders. will call my bank to dispute the charges if they dont reply within the nxt 24 hours. negative service till now.

Although the flowers were pricey (didn't realize was in US currency) and not exactly as pictured (more carnations than daisies). However, the delivery driver attempted 3x until someone was home so that was nice. Customer service was good as they wrote back quickly but were a bit unapologetic for the price (card charged $86 when the total on the receipt said $63) but am thankful that they made that many attempts to deliver and my friend still loved the bouquet that wasn't expected.

Their online service use would rate a 4 star, but cost and what you actually get rate 2 stars. For cost of the item I ordered (as shown, selected) had 90% carnations and none of the more expensive flowers viewed in the picture. Also, called leaving a message as well as sent an email to notify that I wanted a name added to the message card. Email said they would get back to be shortly; never did and the name wasn't added. I would not recommend the company.

Fastflowers.com is a total joke. I spent $130.00 on flowers for my dearest friends husbands service on a Sunday. I received the flowers on a Friday they had already wilted and there were holes they out the arrangement. Customer service is not customer service. You are treated like you are lying to them then never hear back from them…Do not order from fast flowers.com!!!!!!

Just want to say how unprofessional you are, not letting me know that you are not delivering the flowers on my parents anniversary tell 7pm, which made lt look like I forgot there anniversary, I was pacific to make sure they get it before they go to bed at 8pm, but no thanks to you they got nothing for their anniversary!

I wish I could put -5 , I ordered flowers for a funeral, never received the flowers, they charged me $200 and nobody is answering the calls or at emails

The flowers have not been delivered, I have been charged and NO flower showed up. So this company a scam? Is there any legal way to file a complaint to the civil courtor smth for fraud? They charged 84 dollars and didn't deliver.....

Ordered two separate arrangement and by luck of the draw one turned out well. The other one sent to another relative in a different town got a sham of an arrangement. Not sure who they used to make the arrangement but it was trash and they never listed the where the arrangement was made. The first order was from Montvale florist in Hackensack. Awesome job. I called to speak with someone with this fake company and no one answers. Stay away. I’m telling the news

I placed 2 orders at the same time, both was delivered, but only one was what I ordered, very disappointed... I contacted FFD, and no return call as of yet... All I am asking is to send my Aunt what I ordered or refund me my money
